Ultimate Gauntlet 2 is a one-time FC 27 Ultimate Team objective group. You need to complete any 8 of its 10 objectives before the countdown in your game reaches zero. Completing the group unlocks the untradeable Future Stars Julio César Enciso and Brajan Gruda, along with cosmetic items.
No reviewed event listing gives a reliable calendar date or UTC end time. The countdown displayed at the top of the Ultimate Gauntlet 2 objective is the authoritative expiry timer, so check it every time you enter the group.
Ultimate Gauntlet 2 at a glance
- Objectives: 10 total.
- Required for the group reward: Any 8 objectives, not all 10.
- Main reward: Untradeable Future Stars Julio César Enciso and Brajan Gruda, plus cosmetic items.
- Repeatability: The objective group is non-repeatable.
- Expiry: Use the in-game countdown; a separate published calendar timestamp has not been established.
- Mode structure: The live event is described as two rounds with two online solo matches per round, unique squads for each round and ten listed attempts.
- Squad rule: Starting XI and bench players used in one round cannot be reused in later rounds.
When does Ultimate Gauntlet 2 expire?
The exact UTC end date and time are not published in the available event information. FUT.GG’s event page contains a Starts and Ends framework, but those fields are blank. AllThingsHow instead directs players to the countdown shown at the top of the objective screen.

How to check the remaining time
- Open Ultimate Team in FC 27.
- Enter Objectives.
- Select the Ultimate Gauntlet 2 group.
- Read the countdown at the top of the group page.
Check the timer before starting a session and again before claiming rewards. A match started close to expiry may not leave enough time to finish the objective update or collect the group reward.
Can you repeat Ultimate Gauntlet 2?
No. Ultimate Gauntlet 2 is explicitly non-repeatable. Once the objective group has been completed and its group reward claimed, it cannot be reset for another Enciso and Gruda reward set. Treat the ten objectives as a single completion window rather than a farmable activity.
Individual objective rewards are also tied to that one group instance. Claiming a task reward does not create a second attempt at the task, and failing to complete an objective does not create a replacement objective after the group closes.

This threshold changes the best plan for different squads. A player who regularly wins consecutive rounds may complete the perfect-round objectives naturally and leave a long scoring grind unfinished. A player who scores reliably but has difficulty winning streaks can target the scoring objectives and leave the most demanding perfect-round tasks. The useful comparison is time required, win-streak difficulty and how much progress one match can add to several counters.
Every Ultimate Gauntlet 2 objective and reward
The following table lists all ten objectives and their associated rewards. “Score in” means scoring in separate matches; it does not mean scoring a specified number of goals in one match.
| Objective | Requirement | Reward |
|---|---|---|
| Score 1 | Score in 1 match | Future Stars Finn Jeltsch loan item |
| Win 1 | Win 1 match | Gamechanger Evolution |
| Score in 4 | Score in 4 separate matches | 3x 75+ Gold Players Pack and Future Stars Regular Badge Evolution |
| Win 3 | Win 3 matches | 7x 75+ Gold Players Pack |
| Win 5 | Win 5 matches | 7x 77+ Gold Players Pack |
| Perfect Round | Win both matches in 1 round | 7x 81+ Gold Players Pack |
| Double Perfect | Win both matches in a round twice | 5x 82+ Gold Players Pack |
| Triple Perfect | Win both matches in a round three times | 3x 84+ Gold Players Pack |
| Score in 10 | Score in 10 separate matches | 7x 80+ Gold Players Pack |
| Score in 14 | Score in 14 separate matches | 7x 80+ Gold Players Pack |
How the scoring counters work
Each scoring counter advances by matches in which you score. Two goals in one match still count as one scoring match. To reach Score in 10 or Score in 14, you therefore need goals in ten or fourteen different matches, respectively.

How the event format affects your plan
Rounds and matches
FUT.GG describes Ultimate Gauntlet 2 as a live event with two rounds and two online solo matches per round. Each round uses a unique squad. The event panel also lists ten attempts. Because the panel’s labels and counters are the information tied to your active session, follow those in-game values rather than assuming that every listed attempt is an additional match.
Squad lock between rounds
Starting XI and bench players used in one round cannot be reused in later rounds. Prepare the squads before entering the event so that a player, substitute or bench option you need in a later round is not consumed accidentally in the first one. Make separate notes of which cards have been used if you are rotating several lineups.
A loss does not end the event
A defeat does not terminate the event. Counters can continue to progress after a loss, so leave the event active and keep playing if the countdown allows it. A loss may prevent a perfect-round requirement for that round, but it does not by itself erase progress toward scoring or total-win objectives.

- Time: Score in 14 is identified as the longest scoring grind because every qualifying match must contain a goal.
- Streak difficulty: Triple Perfect requires winning both matches in a round three times, making it the most demanding streak-style target for many players.
- Overlap: If you are already winning while pursuing scoring counters, the win objectives may complete with little additional work.
- Squad availability: Squad lock can make a particular round harder if your strongest players are unavailable later.
- Remaining time: Near expiry, prioritize an objective that can be completed with the matches you can still play instead of starting a long counter.
Players who win consistently
If you can repeatedly win both matches in a round, Perfect Round, Double Perfect and possibly Triple Perfect can provide efficient progress. In that case, a long scoring target may be the sensible omission, provided your existing scoring counters are not already close to completion.
Players who score consistently
If winning every match is less reliable, focus on putting a goal on the board in separate matches. Score 1 and Score in 4 are comparatively accessible early milestones, while Score in 10 and Score in 14 require more matches. You can still accumulate Win 1, Win 3 or Win 5 when results go your way, but do not build your entire plan around a perfect-round streak you are unlikely to finish.
Step-by-step: completing the group
- Open the group and record the timer. Confirm the countdown and inspect all ten counters before playing.
- Choose a completion route. Mark two objectives as possible skips, using match time, win difficulty and overlap with your normal results.
- Prepare round-specific squads. Remember that starting and bench players used in one round cannot be reused in a later round.
- Prioritize scoring early. A goal in a match can advance several scoring counters at once, so avoid finishing a match without attempting to score if a scoring route is part of your plan.
- Track wins separately. Note progress toward Win 1, Win 3 and Win 5, and identify whether a perfect-round attempt is still possible after each result.
- Continue after a defeat. A loss does not end the event; keep playing for scoring and cumulative-win progress.
- Recheck the 8/8 tracker. Stop treating the group as unfinished once any eight objectives show complete, then move to the claim process.
How to claim the Ultimate Gauntlet 2 rewards
- Open FUT Objectives and select the Ultimate Gauntlet 2 group.
- Open each completed task and select its individual reward claim. Do not assume a completed counter automatically transfers the item to your club.
- Continue until the group header displays 8/8.
- Select the group reward claim. The game should display a Rewards Claimed confirmation.
- Check the unassigned pile for Future Stars Julio César Enciso, Future Stars Brajan Gruda and the cosmetic items.
Both featured players and the group items are untradeable. They cannot be sold on the transfer market, so verify that the claim confirmation appears before leaving the objective screen and resolve any unassigned-item warning in your club.

The counter has not updated
Return to the objective group after the match result has fully registered and refresh the page. Confirm that the match met the exact condition: a scoring objective requires a goal in that match, while a win objective requires the match result to be recorded as a win. For Score in objectives, several goals in one match still count as only one qualifying match.

The group reward is locked
Check the group header rather than an individual task. The featured-player reward is unlocked at 8/8 completed objectives; completing seven does not open it. Also claim any completed individual tasks so the interface can display the current state correctly.
The event is near expiry
Use the countdown shown inside the group as the deadline. Prioritize objectives that can be completed in the remaining matches, and claim all available rewards immediately after the relevant counters update. There is no separate confirmed UTC timestamp to substitute for that timer.
A player is unavailable in a later round
Review the squad-lock rule. A starting XI or bench player used in one round cannot be reused in a later round, so select another eligible player for the later squad rather than trying to reuse the locked card.
Sources and date context
AllThingsHow’s guide was updated October 17, 2026 and identifies the group as ten objectives with eight required, non-repeatable, and capped by an in-game countdown. FUT.GG’s 2026 event listing supplies the two-round format, ten listed attempts and the complete objective-reward set. Neither source publishes a separate calendar expiry timestamp, which is why the in-game timer remains the correct operational deadline.
