Indian design teams can source embedded RF antennas through three routes: India-based OEMs and custom suppliers, global OEMs with an India presence, or global antenna brands reached through Indian distributors. The right route depends on the radio bands, board and enclosure, engineering support, customization, and sourcing requirements—not just the catalogue part. This guide compares the routes and gives you a practical way to shortlist suppliers and assess fit.

Three routes to an embedded antenna supplier

The October 1, 2026 Electronics For You supplier guide organizes the Indian landscape by how design teams can reach suppliers. Treat its lists as a starting point for enquiries, not as a certification of current stock, authorization, or fit for a particular design.

Route Examples in the guide When to investigate it What to verify
India-based OEMs and custom suppliers Antenna Experts, CSG Networks, Eteily Technologies, Jagat RF Solutions, LUISSA, Olnexus, Smartcom Design & Solution, SRFS Teleinfra, Synergy Telecom, Vinsurwaves, and Xtragen Technologies. The guide also mentions Raamtel Solutions as a value-added distributor/solution provider and Torniek Technologies as more oriented to RF/microwave subsystems. When local engineering communication, a custom requirement, or India-based sourcing is important. Which antenna types and bands the supplier supports; whether it designs the antenna or sources it; available integration and tuning work; and evidence for the exact application.
Global OEMs with an India presence Cavli Wireless, CoreIoT Technologies, Harman, and Quectel Wireless Solutions. When the project may benefit from an established global product or integration portfolio and local contact. Whether the company supplies the antenna itself, a radio/module, automotive integration, or another part of the system; confirm the antenna’s manufacturer and design support.
Global antenna brands through Indian channels Airgain, Amphenol Antenna Solutions, Antenova, Laird Connectivity, LPRS, Maxtena, Molex, PCTEL, Pulse Electronics, Taoglas, TE Connectivity, and u-blox. When you need to compare an established manufacturer’s catalogue parts, product documentation, or application range. Authorized channel status, current stock and lead time, current datasheets, and who will provide technical support in India.

The named companies are not interchangeable antenna specialists. The Electronics For You guide describes a varied field spanning internal and IoT antennas, telecom RF, GNSS, broader custom RF systems, distribution, and subsystems. It does not establish that every listed firm offers every type of embedded antenna or provides the same design services. Ask each candidate to identify the relevant product line and demonstrate its fit against your requirements. The guide’s supplier descriptions are useful for initial sorting; confirm technical claims with current vendor documentation.

Examples of documented product scope

Eteily Technologies’ catalogue lists cellular, GNSS/GPS, LoRa/LPWAN, Wi-Fi/WLAN/Bluetooth, and embedded GNSS antenna categories, as well as RF cable assemblies and connectors. That breadth can help with initial discovery, but the category name alone does not show that a specific item meets your board, enclosure, or radio-band requirements. Check Eteily’s current product information against your application.

#1 Best Overall
RF Venue DFIN Diversity Fin Antenna
  • Diversity Fin Antenna for Wireless Microphone Systems

TE Connectivity describes IoT antenna options for cellular, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/ISM, GNSS/GPS, and LoRa-related use. Molex documents internal antenna technologies including MID/LDS, stamped, ceramic, wire, PCB, and flex, with applications spanning cellular, GNSS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, ISM, and NFC. These are broad portfolios, not a recommendation of a particular part; compare the exact manufacturer specifications and design guidance for your use case. TE Connectivity’s IoT antenna overview and Molex’s internal antenna portfolio are starting points.

Define the antenna problem before contacting suppliers

An embedded antenna is part of the device’s RF and mechanical design. A catalogue match by radio label—such as “LTE,” “GNSS,” or “Wi-Fi”—does not establish that it will perform as intended once installed on your PCB and inside your enclosure. Prepare a short requirements brief so different suppliers respond to the same problem.

  • PCB and ground: Provide the board outline, stack-up if available, ground-plane shape, nearby components, and proposed antenna keep-out. Ask what board information the supplier needs to evaluate or tune its design.
  • Enclosure and surroundings: Share enclosure material, shape, metal parts, battery and cable locations, mounting orientation, and likely proximity to the user, vehicle body, or other objects. These can change the antenna’s environment and integration constraints.
  • Product and sourcing needs: Describe prototype and production stages, expected customization, qualification needs, preferred sourcing route, documentation, and support expectations.
  • Compliance scope: Identify the target markets and have the project’s compliance specialist determine applicable requirements. The available supplier information does not establish specific Indian regulatory requirements for your device.

Compare the antenna in the real device, not just on paper

Ask suppliers to explain the limits and assumptions behind their recommendations. TE notes that standalone antennas’ dependence on device ground increases at lower frequencies, and that standalone antennas can be preferred for metal cases. Treat that as design guidance to investigate—not as a rule that applies to every enclosure or antenna. Ask the manufacturer to review your actual geometry and consult its complete guidance. TE’s overview discusses the relationship between antenna choices and device integration.

For each candidate, compare the following in a consistent format:

AURSINC ZA048 LDPA Log-Periodic Dipole Array Antenna, 400MHz-8GHz Wideband
  • Ultra-Wideband Printed LPA Antenna: The ZA048 is a optimized printed Log-Periodic Dipole Array Antenna (LDPA) for RF testing and signal monitoring. It delivers reliable ultra-wide frequency coverage from 400MHz to 8GHz, suitable for radio testing and field measurement scenarios
  • Stable RF Performance: With a rated 50Ω input impedance matched to standard RF equipment, this antenna delivers consistent performance across bands. In most bands above 1GHz, it achieves return loss of approx. 10dB or less with a VSWR of around 2. In the 400MHz–1GHz band, return loss is about 4.5dB or less with a VSWR of around 4
  • Handheld Radio Direction Finding: It supports general-purpose radio direction finding from 1GHz to 8.5GHz. When held single-handedly, it provides decent directional sensitivity to signal sources — simply rotate your body and the antenna to observe signal strength changes and locate the direction of the transmitting source

  • Compact Form Factor with Balanced Design: Through optimized design techniques, the antenna achieves wideband performance in a compact 27×23cm footprint. The design prioritizes low-frequency matching and directionality as much as possible within size constraints, striking a practical balance between portability and RF performance
  • Band coverage: Does the exact part cover every required band, or are multiple antennas or a different design needed?
  • Installation: Does the proposed mounting and feed arrangement fit the board and enclosure without compromising the intended antenna region?
  • Integration support: Will the supplier review the PCB and enclosure, assist with simulation or tuning, build prototypes, and conduct relevant measurements? Ask which work is included and which is a separate service.
  • Customization and scale: Is the proposal a standard catalogue part or a custom design? Clarify prototype support, qualification expectations, and how the supplier will support the design if production requirements change.
  • Documentation and supply: Request the current datasheet and integration instructions. Confirm who is authorized to sell the part, the quoted lead time and stock status, and who handles technical support.

Ask whether tuning is part of the service

Tuning can be worth discussing when the antenna must work in a tightly constrained PCB or enclosure. A supplier’s standard component specification cannot by itself show how the antenna will behave in your finished device, so ask what integration evaluation is available and what design inputs or prototypes are needed. Parry Technology India lists antenna tuning for 4G/LTE, GNSS, BLE/Wi-Fi, and NFC, alongside product engineering, prototyping, and manufacturing services. This is one example of a service offering, not an endorsement or a claim that every design requires that provider. See Parry Technology’s current service information.

Use a focused supplier enquiry

What to search for—and what not to assume

For initial product discovery, narrow “embedded RF antenna” searches by the technology or band you need, such as embedded LoRa, cellular, GNSS, or Wi-Fi. Then check dimensions, mounting, connector, datasheet, PCB and ground requirements, and enclosure fit. A U.FL/I-PEX-to-SMA RF cable assembly may be relevant if the design uses compatible connectors and routing; it is an accessory, not a required part of every antenna design. Eteily lists RF cable assemblies and connectors, while Molex documents internal antenna options; confirm connector and antenna compatibility in the exact product documentation. Eteily and Molex provide examples of these product categories.

The September 8, 2026 guide is a sourcing lead, not a guarantee of current channel status.

Choose by evidence and project fit

Shortlist suppliers that can address your required bands, available space, PCB and enclosure, and sourcing constraints. Prefer the candidate that can provide the right product evidence and a credible plan for evaluating it in your device—not simply the longest catalogue or broadest category list. Before selection, confirm the exact part, integration assumptions, engineering scope, supply route, and current availability with the supplier.
