Neither form is a universal winner: your teammates, available weapons and Echoes, rotation, and game version all affect the choice. The build details below reflect third-party guide recommendations checked on October 4, 2026—not official rankings or a controlled damage comparison.
What is the practical difference between Electro and Havoc Rover?
The clearest distinction in the cited build guides is team job. WuwaBuild presents Electro Rover as a support and Havoc Rover as a main DPS. That is a useful starting point, not proof that one form always performs better: Prydwen also describes Havoc Rover as usable for burst-focused dual-DPS play, while noting that playstyle, team, skill, and combos affect its performance.
| Form | Role in the cited build guide | Recommended Echo set | Useful when |
|---|---|---|---|
| Electro Rover | Support | Five-piece Moonlit Clouds | Your team benefits more from a support-oriented Rover than from another main damage dealer. |
| Havoc Rover | Main DPS | Five-piece Havoc Eclipse | You want Rover to take the main-DPS role, or to contribute as a burst-focused dual DPS. |
The role and set recommendations are WuwaBuild’s guide choices, not official Kuro Games rankings: Electro Rover guide and Havoc Rover guide.
When should you use Electro Rover?
Choose Electro Rover when the rest of your team is better served by a support-oriented Rover than by adding Rover as its primary damage dealer. WuwaBuild recommends a five-piece Moonlit Clouds set and Blazing Brilliance, while listing Emerald of Genesis as a permanent weapon option. These are that guide’s recommendations; they are not a requirement to obtain a particular weapon.
#1 Best Overall
- Cartethyia characters from the popular game "W-W"
- Figure is carefully crafted to restore the look of the game in action expressions
- Made of high quality PVC material that does not emit a pungent smell
- Figures are 1/6 scale and are the focal point of the tabletop
- If you have any questions about the product, please contact us and we will reply within 24 hours
Electro Rover’s recommended Echo stats
- 4-cost: Crit Rate or Crit DMG.
- Both 3-cost pieces: Electro DMG.
- Both 1-cost pieces: ATK%.
- Substat direction: prioritize Energy Regen until it is sufficient for your build, then Crit, ATK%, Skill DMG/ATK, and Liberation DMG.
WuwaBuild does not establish a universal Energy Regen target in the recommendations summarized here, so treat “until sufficient” as a build-dependent check rather than a fixed number.
When should you use Havoc Rover?
Choose Havoc Rover if you want Rover in the main-DPS slot. Havoc Rover can also work as a burst-oriented dual DPS, but that is not the same as a controlled comparison showing it outdamages Electro Rover in every team. Prydwen cautions that Havoc Rover can require substantial on-field time and has limited AoE outside cooldown nukes; those trade-offs matter when planning rotations and teammate field time.

Havoc Rover’s recommended Echo stats
- 4-cost: Crit Rate or Crit DMG.
- First 3-cost: Havoc DMG.
- Second 3-cost: Havoc DMG or ATK%.
- Both 1-cost pieces: ATK%.
- Substat direction: prioritize Energy Regen until sufficient, then Crit, ATK%, ATK, Basic DMG, and Liberation DMG.
WuwaBuild lists Red Spring, Blazing Brilliance, Emerald of Genesis, and Somnoire Anchor as weapon choices. Its list does not mean you need to acquire a limited weapon: compare the options with the swords already available to you. The recommendations are on its Havoc Rover build page.
How should your team and existing gear decide the choice?
Pick the form that fits the job your current team lacks, then check whether your weapons, Echoes, and rotation support that job. The cited team examples are possibilities, not a single best-team verdict: Pocket Tactics lists Danjin and Shorekeeper among Havoc Rover options, and Chisa/Yangyang Xuanling and Xiangli Yao/Shorekeeper among Electro Rover options. Sportskeeda’s guide updated October 3, 2026 discusses newer Electro Flare team options and notes that Sonata choice depends on the team. Different guide contexts can produce different recommendations, so confirm that a suggested teammate and Sonata match your roster and current patch.

- Need a main damage dealer? Start with Havoc Rover and consider the on-field time its damage window asks of your rotation.
- Need support instead? Start with Electro Rover and evaluate whether its recommended support build fits the team.
- Already have a build invested? Compare the weapons and Echoes you own before rebuilding; the cited Havoc recommendations include Emerald of Genesis, and Electro Rover’s guide lists it as a permanent option.
- Following a team guide? Check its publication or update context and verify the current team, Sonata, and set mechanics for your version.
How strong is the evidence for one form being better?
The cited sources do not provide a direct, controlled Electro-versus-Havoc damage test. WuwaBuild’s relative weapon-performance percentages do not include enough calculation assumptions in the retrieved material to support a claim about what every account will achieve. Prydwen’s notes about Havoc Rover are qualitative context, not a benchmark against Electro Rover. Treat build pages as recommendations and decide by role, team, investment, and current patch—not by declaring a universal winner.
