KOEI TECMO’s PC requirements pair a 1080p Low/upscaling target of 30 fps with the minimum tier and a 1080p High/upscaling target of 60 fps with the recommended tier. Check your CPU, GPU and VRAM, memory, and free storage against the table below; those targets are publisher expectations, not guarantees for every PC.
Dynasty Warriors 3 Remastered PC requirements
KOEI TECMO lists Windows 11 64-bit, DirectX 12, 16 GB RAM, 60 GB of available storage, and 16-bit stereo audio at 48 kHz. Steam also lists an Intel Arc A380 with 6 GB VRAM as a minimum GPU option. The publisher’s requirements page does not list that Arc model in the same way, so the table distinguishes the Steam-listed minimum from the publisher’s named options. The frame-rate figures are KOEI TECMO’s expected targets for the matched resolution, preset, and upscaling configuration, not independent benchmark results. A PC meeting the minimum tier is not rated for 60 fps by that specification, and the recommended target does not extend automatically to higher resolutions or different settings.
Can my PC run Dynasty Warriors 3 Complete Edition Remastered?
Compare your hardware to the relevant column, paying particular attention to the exact graphics-card model and its VRAM, processor, and 16 GB system memory. “Complete Edition” is a reader search phrasing; the Steam page describes this release as a remake of DYNASTY WARRIORS 3 and DYNASTY WARRIORS 3: Xtreme Legends.

- If your CPU and GPU meet the recommended tier, your system aligns with its 1080p High/60 fps expectation.
- If your display is above Full HD or is widescreen, allow for additional VRAM headroom. KOEI TECMO warns that these displays may require more VRAM depending on settings, but does not publish an exact resolution-to-VRAM table.
KOEI TECMO’s compatibility list identifies GPUs it had “confirmed to operate correctly” as of August 2026. It includes NVIDIA RTX 5090, RTX 5060, RTX 4070 Ti, RTX 4070, RTX 4060 Ti 8GB, RTX 3070 Ti, RTX 3070, RTX 3060 (8GB), RTX 2080 Super, RTX 2070, GTX 1060, RTX 5060 Laptop, and RTX 4060 Laptop; and AMD RX 7900 GRE, RX 7700 XT, RX 6700 XT, RX 5600 XT, and RX 9070 XT. This is a dated compatibility check, not a performance ranking, and an unlisted GPU is not thereby proven incompatible. Consult the publisher’s live page for exact variants and updates.
Dynasty Warriors 3 Remastered best settings for PC
The official settings guidance supports a specific baseline rather than a detailed list of individual graphics options to reduce. Use the configuration that matches your hardware tier:

- At higher-than-1080p or widescreen resolutions: account for the publisher’s warning about additional VRAM needs. No exact threshold or per-resolution preset is provided.
The publisher does not say whether shadows, effects, or another individual option should be lowered first. If performance remains poor, avoid treating an unverified setting recipe as official advice; first recheck the whole system against the requirements and whether your resolution exceeds 1080p.
Dynasty Warriors 3 Remastered Steam Deck settings
Steam Deck HQ’s device-specific review reports that the game defaulted to Low with a 30 fps cap on the reviewer’s Deck. The reviewer preferred keeping Low and changing the target to 40 fps, and reported that a stable 60 fps was not achievable on that device even at the lowest settings. That is one reviewer’s Deck experience, not a universal PC preset or a KOEI TECMO guarantee. See the Steam Deck HQ review.

Release and edition context
Steam lists September 30, 2026 as the release date. KOEI TECMO Europe’s launch announcement is dated October 1, 2026 and says the remaster includes the original game and Xtreme Legends expansion, with refined graphics and controls plus new features and scenarios. The dates differ by one day between those two regional/source listings. Read KOEI TECMO Europe’s announcement.
