Yes. Samsung says both the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S12+ come with an S Pen in the box. For the US listing, the box also includes a USB-C-to-USB-C cable, an ejection pin and a Quick Start Guide; the device charger is not included.
Which Galaxy Tab S12 models include an S Pen?
Samsung lists two models in the series: the 14.6-inch Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra and the 12.6-inch Galaxy Tab S12+. Its product page says both come with an S Pen ready to use out of the box, and Samsung’s global launch specifications list an in-box pen for each model. There is no stated difference in S Pen inclusion between them.
Samsung’s global specifications identify the bundled stylus as “S Pen (BLE not supported).” That is the stated qualification; the specification does not establish other pen limitations.

Which Galaxy Tab S12 accessories are sold separately?
Samsung lists the Pro Keyboard, Book Cover, Book Cover Keyboard Slim and Anti-Reflecting Screen Protector as compatible accessories sold separately. The Frame Cover is also listed, but Samsung identifies it as exclusive to the S12 Ultra. Check compatibility against the exact tablet model and SKU before ordering.
