What do TV, tabletop, and handheld mean?
Nintendo lists TV, tabletop, and handheld as supported play modes. These are ways to use the Switch—connected to a TV, set up with its screen and controllers, or played as a handheld—not additional-player modes. The same listing specifies one player on one system.
Nintendo also notes that compatibility and play experience may differ on Switch Lite and that additional accessories may be required and sold separately. That general note does not add co-op functionality.

Nintendo describes it as a short narrative exploration game. You play as Bean, explore a town over a week, take part in minigames, and meet neighbors as Bean’s mental health begins to slip. Relationships may blossom or crumble as the story unfolds. Steam’s listing also describes it as a short narrative exploration game and labels it Single-player. The developer’s itch.io page describes the narrative exploration premise and lists a demo for HTML5, Windows, and macOS; that demo information does not establish Switch functionality.
