Why “everything on the first pass” is not a useful guarantee
Pickup varies with the debris, floor surface, cleaning head, suction setting, and how the vacuum is moved. Hair embedded in carpet, crumbs on hard flooring, and debris along edges are different cleaning jobs. Without a named model and comparable testing across those conditions, “everything” is promotional-sounding language rather than a measurable result.

How to compare a specific Shark cordless vacuum with a Dyson
Compare named models rather than brands in the abstract. Use the same questions for both, and check the product listing and manufacturer documentation for the exact configuration available where you live.
