What does update 1.1.0 add?

Training Mode for all stages
Training Mode lets players practice any stage, including the newly added AREA6, at their own pace. It is intended for working on routes and enemy patterns. CAVE’s English summary mentions stage selection and adjustable ship settings, but the announcement does not specify a full list of training options or controls.
More Grade Match coins
The update increases the number of coins earned in Grade Match. CAVE’s announcement does not give a specific coin amount or explain other changes to the mode.

What future updates did CAVE announce?
CAVE described additional content as planned for later releases. The announcement does not establish that these features are already available, so check the current game and publisher updates for their status.
November 2026 plans
- Add AREA6 to Royale, the multiplayer mode that supports up to 10 players.
- Broaden opportunities to earn coins across modes.
- Adjust matchmaking wait times.
Winter plans
- Add Black Label with AREA6.
- Add new music for AREA6.
- Add Assist Mode.
Should you buy now or wait?
The choice depends on whether the current game already suits you or whether you are mainly interested in the announced later content. Training Mode is part of 1.1.0 now; the listed Royale additions, Black Label, AREA6 music, and Assist Mode were future plans in CAVE’s announcement. Compare the live Steam price in your region before deciding.

Price at launch and the announced sale
CAVE lists the game’s release date as August 27, 2026 JST (August 26 PT). Its October 2 announcement listed regular prices of JPY 3,150 and USD $24.99, plus a 10% Steam Autumn Sale price of JPY 2,835 and USD $22.49. The announced sale ran from October 2 at 02:00 to October 9 at 02:00 JST (October 1 at 10:00 to October 8 at 10:00 PT), 2026; those terms were time-limited and do not establish the current price.
