Deeluh says it is expanding a law-firm operations platform that brings matter management, client communication, documents, billing and team workflows into one workspace. Its current website describes a Nigeria-first launch, while its broader ambition is to serve legal teams elsewhere. The announcement is company-supplied Brand Press content, not independent reporting, and the product claims have not been independently verified.

What Deeluh says its platform includes

Deeluh presents the product as an operating system for legal practice: a connected place for law firms to manage work from client intake through matter administration and billing. Its website lists these capabilities:

  • Matter management: matter stages, parties, time entries, deadlines and documents in a matter view.
  • Client portal: client access to matter status, documents and information about funds.
  • Billing and payments: time tracking, invoices and payment handling.
  • Team management and communication: roles, permissions, workload and communications.
  • Trust and compliance records: transaction records, reconciliation and an audit trail, as described by the company.
  • AI assistance: support for drafting contracts, reviewing documents and legal research, with Deeluh saying lawyers review AI-assisted work at every step.

These are vendor descriptions, not independently tested functions or evidence of customer results. Deeluh’s stated principle is that AI can support workflow while legal judgment remains with practitioners.

Where it is launching—and what availability means

The announcement describes Deeluh’s ambition as serving firms across Africa and beyond. Its website is more specific about launch positioning: “Launching first in Nigeria. Designed for legal teams everywhere.” That supports describing the product as Nigeria-first with an international design ambition; it does not establish that the service is operational throughout Africa or in other markets.

The website invites firms to join a waitlist and advertises a one-month free trial. Because access status and trial terms can change, firms should confirm current availability and conditions with Deeluh before relying on them.

Plans and listed naira prices

Deeluh’s website displayed the following subscription prices when accessed October 3, 2026. These are vendor-published commercial terms and may change. The page says other currencies are estimates based on live exchange rates and that Enterprise pricing is negotiated.

Plan Monthly price Yearly price Basis shown
Solo ₦25,000 ₦240,000 Listed by Deeluh
Firm ₦75,000 ₦720,000 Per firm, as listed by Deeluh
Scale ₦175,000 ₦1,680,000 Per firm, as listed by Deeluh
Enterprise Negotiated Negotiated Custom terms, according to Deeluh

The pricing page also advertises savings on annual plans and a one-month free trial. It does not establish seat allowances in the information reviewed, so firms should ask what each plan includes and confirm current billing and trial terms directly.

Questions firms should resolve before adopting it

A consolidated workflow may be useful if it fits a firm’s existing processes, but the feature list alone cannot establish suitability. Before moving client or trust-account workflows into any platform, firms should get clear answers on implementation and contractual terms.

  • Availability and onboarding: Is the product currently accessible to your firm in Nigeria, and what onboarding or support is available for your team?
  • Plan fit: Which plan covers your lawyers and staff, and are the displayed prices still current?
  • Trust-money controls: Deeluh says it records trust transactions and reconciles them against a firm’s bank record, and that it does not hold client money. Ask how those processes work in practice and how they fit your firm’s obligations.
  • Credentials and compliance: Deeluh says lawyer enrollment is checked against a professional directory, while also stating it is not endorsed by or affiliated with a regulatory body. Confirm the relevant checks and do not treat this statement as regulatory approval.
  • Data handling: Ask about security, access controls, backups, data export, retention and the terms for handling sensitive client information. The reviewed materials do not independently verify implementation or security performance.
  • Residency: Deeluh describes enterprise data residency as a planned capability contracted on demand. Confirm whether it is currently available, where data would be stored and what the contract guarantees.
  • AI review: Clarify what information the assistant processes, how outputs are checked, and what controls are available to keep a lawyer responsible for legal judgment.

What the announcement does—and does not—show

Techpoint Africa published the October 2, 2026 announcement as Brand Press content supplied by Deeluh and says such content is independent of its editorial team. Roseline Isibor, identified there as Deeluh’s Head of Operations, said: “Deeluh transforms legal operations from complex and fragmented into simple, structured, and efficient”. That is company positioning rather than a measured outcome; the announcement provides no customer counts, revenue figures, independent performance measurements or quantified time savings.

For the product description and current launch, feature and pricing statements, see Deeluh’s official website. The announcement is available at Techpoint Africa’s Brand Press page.
