Hostinger AI Builder’s agentic mode can create a contact form, store each entry, and email you when someone submits it. The shortest reliable workflow is to describe the fields, the Data collection name, and the notification address in the AI chat, test the form in Preview, verify both the stored row and the email, then publish.
What agentic mode creates for you
Hostinger distinguishes between two editing experiences. Manual mode is a visual, no-code editor in which you build pages and components yourself. Agentic mode is prompt-driven: you describe the result in the AI chat, and the builder creates or changes the site while showing a live preview.
A native contact form made in agentic mode uses Hostinger’s integrated backend. When a visitor submits it, the submission is written to a Data collection and an email notification is sent to the address you specify. You do not need to connect a separate database or an external email-sending service for this native workflow.
The form is therefore more than a visual block on a page. It has three connected parts:
#1 Best Overall
- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
- The visitor-facing fields, such as full name, email address and message.
- A Data collection, which stores each submitted record.
- A notification destination, which receives an email when a submission arrives.
Give all three details to the AI in one request. If you leave one implicit, you may need a follow-up prompt to correct the collection name, field list or recipient.
Start a new agentic-mode website
For a new project, open the Hostinger dashboard and follow this path: Websites → Websites list → Create Website → AI Builder. Enter a natural-language description when prompted. The editor then opens with a chat pane for instructions and a live preview pane where you can interact with the generated site.
What to decide before you prompt
Prepare these details before asking for the form:
- The page where the form should appear, such as a Contact page or the home page.
- Every required field and its label. The documented basic example uses full name, email address and message.
- Any optional fields, including a phone number or subject line.
- The exact name for the Data collection. Hostinger’s example uses
Contact Submissions. - The email address that should receive a notification for each visitor submission.
- Any wording visitors should see above the form, including what happens after they submit.
There is no documented fixed maximum number of fields in the available Hostinger guidance, so request only the fields your workflow actually needs and verify the generated result in Preview.

Prompt the AI to build the contact form
Use a direct request that names the page, fields, collection and notification address. For example:
Create a contact form on the Contact page. Add required fields for Full name, Email address, and Message. Add optional Phone number and Subject fields. Save submissions in a Data collection named Contact Submissions and send an email notification for every submission to hello@example.com.
Replace the example address with the mailbox you monitor. The important part is not the exact wording; it is that the prompt explicitly identifies each required element. If the first result omits a field or uses an unexpected collection name, ask for a targeted change in the same chat, such as:

Keep the current form, but make Phone number optional, rename the collection to Contact Submissions, and send notifications to support@example.com.
Required and optional fields
Hostinger specifically documents full name, email address and message as the standard contact-form fields. Phone number and subject line are examples of optional additions. State which fields are required rather than assuming the builder will infer that from the label. A visitor who cannot complete a required field should receive the browser’s validation prompt before the form is sent.
Keep labels unambiguous. “Email address” tells visitors what belongs in the field, while a generic label such as “Contact” can be interpreted as either an address or a phone number. If the form serves more than one purpose, use a subject field or a clearly worded message prompt instead of creating several nearly identical forms.
Test the form before publishing
Do not rely only on the visual appearance. A form can look correct while its collection or notification configuration is wrong. Hostinger’s documented test path checks both the stored record and the email.
- In the AI Builder editor, open Preview.
- Enter a realistic test value in every required field. Use an address you can check for the notification.
- Submit the form in Preview.
- Open the Data toggle in the editor.
- Select the collection you named in the prompt, such as
Contact Submissions. - Open the Test data view and confirm that the submitted values appear as a new row.
- Check the notification inbox for the configured email.
Both checks matter. A row in Test data confirms that the form reached the collection; an email confirms that the notification path is working. If one succeeds and the other does not, troubleshoot that path separately instead of rebuilding the form.
What happens to a preview submission
Preview entries are not discarded automatically. When you publish, Hostinger copies preview test submissions into Live data. Delete or distinguish test rows before you begin handling real enquiries so that a test message is not mistaken for a customer request.

Publish and verify the live form
Publish only after the Preview submission, Data row and notification have all been confirmed. After publication, new visitor submissions appear in Live data rather than Test data.
- Return from Preview to the editor after completing the checks.
- Publish the website using the editor’s publish control.
- Open the public URL in a normal browser window and submit a separate live test.
- Open the Data view and select the collection’s Live data area.
- Confirm that the live row and notification email arrive.
A live test is useful because it exercises the published page, domain connection and cache rather than only the editor’s preview environment. Remove or label that live test row according to your own record-keeping process.
Where Hostinger stores submissions
Native agentic-mode forms save each submission to the Data collection configured for the project. In the example workflow, that collection is named Contact Submissions. You inspect preview entries through the Data toggle and Test data view; after publication, visitor entries are shown under Live data.
The collection is the system of record exposed by this workflow. The notification email is an alert, not a replacement for checking the collection. If a message is deleted from an inbox or filtered into spam, the stored row remains the place to check whether the submission reached the backend.
How notification email works
Hostinger AI Builder includes built-in email sending for native forms. You specify the destination address in the AI request, and Hostinger sends a notification when a visitor submits the form. No separate email account setup or external email service is required for this built-in path.

Hostinger’s 2026 support documentation sets a limit of up to 500 emails per day. The limit applies to all project emails, including form notifications and other automated messages, not only contact-form messages. Treat it as a project-wide ceiling rather than a per-form allowance. If your site has several automated email features, their combined activity counts toward the same limit.
The available documentation does not establish a guaranteed delivery time, a particular sender address, or an anti-spam guarantee. Test the configured destination and monitor the Data collection rather than assuming that an absent inbox message means the visitor’s submission was lost.
Native agentic forms compared with other Hostinger setups
Hostinger projects can contain more than one kind of form. Identify which one you are using before applying troubleshooting steps.
| Setup | Backend ownership | How it is configured | Where to check data | Email and external-service considerations |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Native agentic-mode form | Hostinger’s integrated backend and a project Data collection | Describe fields, collection name and notification address in the AI chat; test in Preview; publish | Test data before publication; Live data after publication | Built-in Hostinger email; no external database or email service setup |
| Embedded Hostinger Reach form | Reach’s embedded form service | Embed the required Reach code in the page and confirm the form is Activated | Use the Reach workflow rather than the native project collection | Requires the Reach embed configuration and both required code snippets |
| Older Supabase-backed project | Supabase, connected as an external backend | Follow the project’s Supabase integration configuration | Check the connected Supabase setup and its records | External backend dependence; native integrated-backend instructions do not replace the Supabase setup |
The native option is the shortest setup when you are creating a new agentic-mode project. Reach and Supabase are not interchangeable with it: their activation, storage and troubleshooting paths differ.

Troubleshoot a missing form or submission
The form is visible in Preview but not on the public site
- Publish the website. Preview changes are not public until you publish.
- Verify the domain connection. Make sure the URL you are opening points to the published Hostinger site.
- Clear the browser cache or use a private window. A cached page can display an older version without the form.
- Check whether the page uses a Reach embed. If so, confirm that Reach shows an Activated status and that both required code snippets are present.
The form appears, but no row is created
- Submit the form from Preview and open the Data toggle.
- Select the exact collection name supplied to the AI, including spaces and capitalization.
- Look under Test data for a preview submission or Live data for a published submission.
- If the project is an older Supabase-backed build, follow its Supabase integration path instead of expecting a native collection row.
The row exists, but no notification arrives
- Check the notification address in the form configuration and correct it with a focused AI prompt if necessary.
- Search the recipient’s spam, junk and filtered folders.
- Submit a new test and compare the time of the Data row with the inbox result.
- Consider the project-wide 500-email-per-day limit if the site sends other automated messages.
A Reach form does not submit
Do not troubleshoot an embedded Reach form as if it were native agentic mode. Confirm that the Reach form is marked Activated and that both required code snippets are embedded. If either condition is missing, the page may show incomplete or non-working form behavior even though the native Data collection is configured correctly.
Best Value

- Powerful Pass-Through Charging: Supports up to 85W pass-through charging so you can power up your laptop while you use the hub. Note: Pass-through charging requires a charger (not included). Note: To achieve full power for iPad, we recommend using a 45W wall charger.
- Transfer Files in Seconds: Move files to and from your laptop at speeds of up to 5 Gbps via the USB-C and USB-A data ports. Note: The USB C 5Gbps Data port does not support video output.
- HD Display: Connect to the HDMI port to stream or mirror content to an external monitor in resolutions of up to 4K@30Hz. Note: The USB-C ports do not support video output.
- What You Get: Anker 332 USB-C Hub (5-in-1), welcome guide, our worry-free 18-month warranty, and friendly customer service.
An older project still expects Supabase
Some older projects use Supabase as an external backend rather than Hostinger’s integrated backend. Identify that architecture from the project’s existing configuration and use the Supabase integration documentation and records for it. Recreating a native collection does not automatically migrate existing Supabase data.
Operational checklist for a reliable launch
- Use agentic mode, not the manual editor, when you want the prompt-driven workflow described here.
- Name every required field in the initial request.
- State optional fields explicitly, including phone number or subject when needed.
- Choose a clear Data collection name, such as
Contact Submissions. - Specify the notification address that should receive each submission.
- Submit a Preview test and verify the row under Test data.
- Verify the notification inbox independently.
- Remember that preview test rows are copied into Live data at publication.
- Publish the website and run a second test through the public URL.
- Check Live data for the published submission.
- Keep the project-wide 500-emails-per-day limit in mind when other automations are active.
- For a missing live form, check publication, domain connection and cache before changing the form design.
What this workflow does not establish
Hostinger’s documented agentic-mode guidance explains form creation, integrated storage, notification behavior, testing and the daily email limit. It does not publish a fixed maximum number of fields, promise a particular conversion rate, or provide an anti-spam guarantee. Those capabilities should not be assumed from the existence of the native form builder.
Pricing and plan availability can vary by account, region and date, so confirm the current AI Builder offering in your Hostinger account before committing to a project. The form workflow itself does not require you to add an external email service or database when the project uses the integrated backend.

For a new Hostinger AI Builder site, use a native agentic-mode form when you want the fewest moving parts: describe the fields and destination in chat, verify the Data collection and email in Preview, then publish. Choose the Reach path only when your project already uses an embedded Reach form, and follow the Supabase integration path when an older project is deliberately backed by Supabase. Matching the troubleshooting method to the backend is the key difference between a quick fix and repeatedly editing the wrong form.
