To connect Hostinger Ecommerce to Hostinger Reach, open the Reach dashboard, choose Integrations, select Hostinger Ecommerce, click Connect, choose your store, and select Connect store. Once the store shows as active, Reach can receive purchase and abandoned-cart events, import checkout subscribers who grant marketing consent, and use your catalog data in AI-assisted campaigns and forms.
The connection is made at the ecommerce-instance level. If that instance contains more than one storefront or sales channel, you select the relevant channel later while configuring an automation.
What the Hostinger Ecommerce integration actually connects
Hostinger Reach does not connect to a single product page or one campaign at a time. The integration links a Hostinger Ecommerce instance with Reach so the two services can exchange contact and event data. After the connection is active, Reach can work with three main types of store information:
Free tools Windows power users keep installed
One-click scans. No signup required.
| Capability | What Reach receives or does | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Commerce events | Monitors purchases and abandoned-checkout events. | Lets you trigger follow-up automations from shopper behavior instead of sending every message manually. |
| Checkout marketing consent | Transfers customers who select the newsletter or marketing-consent option at checkout as Reach subscribers. | Creates a permission-based audience for campaigns and supported automations. |
| Store catalog context | Reach AI can use product names, prices, images and discount codes when creating campaigns and forms. | Reduces manual copying and keeps generated content tied to real store data. |
| Transactional templates | On a Reach 500 or higher plan, connected stores can expose an Edit in Reach option for supported transactional-email templates. | Allows eligible templates to be edited in Reach and synchronized back to the store. |
The Reach Integrations area also lists other connections, including AI Builder, WordPress, Hostinger Connector and the public API. Those entries are separate integrations; selecting Hostinger Ecommerce is the step that links your store events and catalog to Reach.

Check these requirements before connecting
Have the following ready before you begin:
- Access to the Reach dashboard where the Integrations menu is available.
- An existing Hostinger Ecommerce store that you can select during setup.
- A decision about which storefront or sales channel should feed each automation if your ecommerce instance contains multiple channels.
- A consent plan. Abandoned-cart and marketing messages can be sent only to contacts who have Subscriber status and agreed to receive marketing emails.
- A Reach 500 or higher plan if you intend to edit transactional templates from the store in Reach.
Connection itself is performed once for the ecommerce instance. Channel selection is an automation setting, so you do not need to create a separate integration for every Quick Link store or Website Builder store attached to the same instance.
How to connect Hostinger Ecommerce to Reach
- Open Reach. Sign in and open the Hostinger Reach dashboard.
- Open Integrations. Select Integrations from the dashboard navigation.
- Choose Hostinger Ecommerce. Find the Hostinger Ecommerce card or entry and click Connect.
- Select the ecommerce store. Choose the store you want Reach to use. If you manage more than one store, check the store name carefully before continuing.
- Connect the store. Click Connect store to authorize the link.
- Confirm the status. Return to the integrations list and verify that the selected store is shown as active.
An active status is the practical hand-off point: it confirms that Reach has a connected ecommerce instance to use when you build automations. It does not by itself subscribe every existing contact or send a campaign; consent and automation settings still control those actions.
Handle multiple sales channels correctly
A single Hostinger Ecommerce instance may contain more than one sales channel, such as a Quick Link store and a Website Builder store. The connection step links the instance as a whole. You narrow the source to a particular channel when you create an ecommerce automation.
This arrangement avoids duplicate integrations, but it makes the trigger configuration important. Before activating a flow, identify the channel that should generate the event and select it in the automation setup. If the flow should cover every channel, use the all-channel option when it is presented; if it should cover only one storefront, select that channel instead.
Create an ecommerce automation
Reach provides a dedicated ecommerce automation path:
- Go to Automations.
- Select New automation.
- Choose Ecommerce.
- Select either Abandoned cart or Purchase follow-up.
- Choose the relevant storefront or sales channel when the trigger asks for one.
- Customize the flow, email content, timing and conditions.
- Activate the automation after checking its audience and trigger settings.
The available trigger type determines what the shopper did. An abandoned-cart flow looks for a checkout that was started but not completed; a purchase-follow-up flow starts from a completed purchase. Keep those purposes separate so a customer who has already bought does not receive a message intended for an unfinished checkout.
Abandoned-cart automation: exact trigger conditions
Hostinger defines the abandoned-cart trigger narrowly. Reach waits for all of these conditions:

- The customer reaches checkout.
- The customer enters an email address.
- The customer leaves without completing the purchase.
- One hour passes while the Reach automation is active.
- The email address already has Subscriber status and the customer agreed to receive marketing emails.
The one-hour period is a product rule, not a timing suggestion that you can assume applies to every automation. It is also not a guarantee that every abandoned checkout will produce a message: contacts without the required subscriber status or marketing consent are excluded.
When editing the flow, set the message content and any additional conditions around the documented trigger. A useful review sequence is to check the selected channel, confirm that the automation is active, verify the intended email, and then test with a consenting subscriber account that can leave checkout incomplete.
Purchase-follow-up automation
Choose Purchase follow-up when the message should follow a completed order. Reach lets you customize the flow, email content, timing and conditions, and it asks you to apply the automation to the relevant storefront or sales channel.
For product-specific post-purchase messages, apply the automation to all products or enter specific product-page URLs. Use the all-products option for a general receipt-related or customer-care sequence, and use product-page URLs when the follow-up only makes sense for particular items. The documentation does not specify a universal delay for purchase follow-ups, so use the timing controls shown in your automation rather than assuming the one-hour abandoned-cart rule applies here.

Connecting the store does not automatically make every buyer a marketing subscriber. You must expose the consent option at checkout and let the customer choose it.
- Open the Hostinger Ecommerce dashboard.
- Go to Settings and then Checkout.
- Enable the Marketing consent checkbox.
- Save the checkout setting if the dashboard asks you to confirm it.
Once enabled, checkout displays a newsletter or marketing-consent option. Customers who select that option are transferred automatically to Reach as subscribers. Reach also applies a tag identifying the ecommerce-checkout origin and creates a segment, so you can distinguish these contacts from people collected through another source.
Those subscribers can be used for one-time campaigns, abandoned-cart flows, purchase follow-ups and other supported marketing automations. The consent choice remains decisive: a shopper who leaves the box unselected should not be treated as a Reach marketing subscriber simply because an order exists.

Consent and status checks when a flow does not send
If a checkout test does not generate an abandoned-cart email, inspect the contact record before changing the message. Confirm that the address was entered at checkout, that the customer selected marketing consent, and that Reach shows Subscriber status. Then confirm that the abandonment occurred after the automation was activated and that the one-hour trigger window has elapsed.
If the address is present but does not have subscriber status, the behavior is expected: the abandoned-cart rule excludes it. Do not work around that exclusion by importing or manually reclassifying people without the required permission.
Use store products and discount codes with Reach AI
After the ecommerce connection is active, Reach can use store data while you create a campaign or form. The generated content is not based only on a generic prompt; Reach AI can match product names and discount codes and insert associated prices, images and other store details.
Start from the Home prompt
- Open the Reach Home screen after connecting the store.
- Look for the prompt banner about creating a campaign with real store products.
- Click Try it now.
- Review the store-specific prompt that Reach pre-fills.
- Edit the prompt to specify the audience, offer, tone or product focus you want.
- Submit the prompt and review the generated campaign before publishing or sending it.
The pre-filled prompt is an aid, not a locked template. Edit it when the campaign needs a particular product, channel audience or discount code.
Mention catalog items directly
You can also start a campaign or form in the normal editor and mention a product name or discount code in your instruction. Reach AI can then match that reference to the connected store and insert the corresponding catalog information. Check every generated price, image and offer against the current product record before you publish, especially when a discount has an end date or product variants have different pricing.
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
Catalog-aware generation saves copying, but it does not replace a human review. Confirm that the selected item is the intended product, that the discount code is valid for the audience, and that the final design displays the details clearly on mobile and desktop.
Edit transactional emails from Reach
Marketing campaigns and transactional emails serve different purposes. Campaigns and ecommerce automations are audience-driven messages; transactional templates are store messages such as order confirmations and shipping notices.

For a connected Hostinger Ecommerce store, Hostinger documents an Edit in Reach option for transactional-email templates on a Reach 500 or higher plan. Supported template categories include:
- Order confirmations
- Shipping notifications
- Digital-download messages
- Appointment messages
- Gift-card messages
- Invoices
Open the store’s transactional-email template area, choose a supported template and select Edit in Reach when the option is available. Make the design or copy changes in Reach, save them, and allow the saved version to synchronize back to the store.

Troubleshoot common connection and automation problems
The store does not appear when I click Connect
Return to the Hostinger Ecommerce connection card and confirm that you started from the correct Reach account. The setup requires selecting an ecommerce store after clicking Connect; if no store is available, check that the store exists in the same Hostinger environment and that your account can manage it. Do not proceed by selecting an unrelated integration such as WordPress or Hostinger Connector, because those entries do not establish the ecommerce event connection.
The integration is connected but not shown as active
Reopen Integrations and inspect the Hostinger Ecommerce entry. The expected completed state is an active store. If the state has not changed, repeat the store-selection step and click Connect store again. Once active, open the automation builder rather than trying to configure events from the integration card itself.
The wrong storefront is triggering a flow
Review the automation’s ecommerce trigger and its sales-channel selection. The integration covers the whole ecommerce instance, while the automation can be limited to a Quick Link store, Website Builder store or another available channel. Change the channel in the trigger and test with an order or checkout from that storefront.

An abandoned-cart email did not arrive after checkout was left
Check every documented condition in order: the shopper must have reached checkout, entered an email, left without purchasing, waited one hour, and already held Subscriber status with marketing consent. Also confirm that the automation was active when the abandonment occurred. A contact who did not opt in should not receive the message, even if the checkout address is visible in store records.

The contact arrived but is missing from the marketing audience
Open the contact in Reach and inspect its status, tag and segment. A consenting checkout contact should be added as a subscriber and receive the ecommerce-checkout origin tag and segment. If the customer did not select the marketing-consent checkbox, the absence of subscriber status is expected.
AI cannot find a product or discount code
Confirm that the ecommerce store is active in Reach, then use the exact product name or discount-code text from the store. If the generated result still does not match, edit the prompt to identify the intended item more precisely and review the output manually. Reach AI can insert matching catalog details, but you should not publish an unverified price, image or code.
Edit in Reach is unavailable for a transactional template
Check three conditions: the store must be connected, the template must be one of the supported categories, and the account must be on Reach 500 or higher. The feature is separate from ordinary campaign editing, so changing a marketing campaign plan does not automatically enable transactional-template editing.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesA saved transactional change is not visible in the store
Confirm that you saved the template in Reach and that you edited it through the store’s Edit in Reach path. Eligible saved changes synchronize back to the connected store; if the template is outside the supported categories or the plan is below Reach 500, it is not covered by that synchronization behavior.
Practical workflows after connection
Permission-based abandoned-cart recovery
- Connect the ecommerce instance and confirm its active status.
- Enable Settings → Checkout → Marketing consent.
- Create Automations → New automation → Ecommerce → Abandoned cart.
- Select the storefront or sales channel that should be monitored.
- Write the recovery email and set any available conditions.
- Activate the flow and test with a consenting subscriber who enters an email and leaves checkout incomplete.
This workflow uses the documented one-hour trigger and excludes non-subscribers by design.
Product-specific post-purchase follow-up
- Open the ecommerce automation builder and choose Purchase follow-up.
- Select the relevant storefront or channel.
- Choose whether the flow applies to all products or enter the specific product-page URLs.
- Set the timing, message content and conditions shown in the builder.
- Activate only after checking that the product scope matches the intended customers.
Catalog-based campaign creation
- Use Try it now from the Home prompt banner, or start a campaign or form normally.
- Name the product or discount code you want to feature.
- Refine the prompt with the audience and offer details.
- Review inserted prices, images and codes against the store before sending.
Pre-launch checklist
- The Hostinger Ecommerce entry in Reach shows the intended store as active.
- Each automation points to the correct sales channel.
- Marketing consent is enabled at Settings → Checkout if you want checkout subscribers.
- Abandoned-cart tests use a consenting contact with Subscriber status.
- Purchase follow-ups use the correct all-products or product-URL scope.
- AI-generated product details, prices, images and discount codes have been reviewed.
- Transactional-template editing is limited to Reach 500 or higher and supported categories.
- Saved transactional changes have been checked in the store after synchronization.
For most stores, the key decision is not whether to create another integration but how to map channels, consent and event types after the single ecommerce-instance connection. Once those settings match your storefront, Reach can coordinate permission-based subscriber growth, abandoned-cart recovery, purchase follow-ups and catalog-aware content from one integration.
