OneStream’s setup instructions describe creating a “24-hour Stream,” adding videos from a device, OneStream storage, or cloud storage such as Google Drive, selecting a YouTube channel, entering stream details, and scheduling an immediate or later start. Do not confuse the scheduling window with stream duration
OneStream’s broader prerecorded-stream documentation says videos can be scheduled up to 60 days ahead and queued in sequence as a playlist. That is how far in advance a stream can be scheduled—not how long one 24/7 broadcast can run. The dedicated setup guide’s operational maximum is 30 days per stream. What to confirm before choosing OneStream
- That your account qualifies for the Enterprise plan required for 24/7 streaming.
- That a maximum 30-day run suits your schedule, including how you will handle the next run.
- That the Drive files, channel, and planned playlist are available in the account workflow you intend to use.

3. Gyre: a cloud alternative, but Drive import is unverified
Gyre describes uploading videos to Gyre Storage, converting them, arranging them in a playlist, connecting a YouTube account, scheduling a 24/7 broadcast, and looping the playlist. Its product page says a dedicated PC is unnecessary. YouTube’s verified encoder catalogue also lists Gyre as a cloud-based tool for prerecorded 24/7 YouTube streaming. Those sources do not establish a direct Google Drive import route, so treat Gyre as an option only if uploading to its storage is acceptable or Gyre confirms Drive support for your account. How to choose for your workflow
- Files must stay in Drive: OneStream is the reviewed service with explicit instructions for selecting Google Drive. Check the Enterprise gate and 30-day maximum first.

Copyright and channel considerations
A continuous stream still uses content that must be suitable for YouTube. Confirm that you have the rights to the video, music, and other material in every file before scheduling it; a video being stored in your Drive does not establish permission to broadcast it. Review YouTube’s current copyright and monetization rules for your channel and content. Continuous prerecorded programming also should not be treated as a guaranteed path to discovery, revenue, or audience growth; the available service pages do not establish those outcomes for an individual creator.
