Champion Teal Knight is the outfit associated with Epic Games’ 2026 Champion Teal Knight FNCS Cup. The documented way to obtain it is to compete in the solo Battle Royale tournament held October 18–19, 2026, meet the age and multifactor-authentication requirements, and finish inside the placement range for your region. The same event offers the FNCS Ice Breaker pickaxe, FNCS Shield back bling, Knightly FNCS wrap, Teal Knight’s Emblem back bling, and Teal Knight’s Kick spray. Epic’s published material does not confirm an Item Shop listing, V-Bucks price, physical code, or a complete historical catalog of earlier FNCS outfits, so those details should not be assumed.
What Champion Teal Knight is
Champion Teal Knight is the headline cosmetic for the 2026 Champion Teal Knight FNCS Cup. Epic’s event description presents it as a tournament reward: “Answer the call. Fight for glory. Compete in the Champion Teal Knight FNCS Cup for a chance to earn Champion Teal Knight cosmetic rewards.” The competition is a solo Battle Royale event scheduled for October 18–19, 2026.
The event page uses the name Champion Teal Knight, while the official rules identify the outfit in the reward list as FNCS Teal Knight. Those names refer to the outfit package associated with this cup; the rules also name the matching pickaxe, back bling, wrap, emblem, and spray.
This matters when comparing it with older FNCS cosmetics. The 2026 outfit is clearly tied to a dated competitive event and a region-specific performance requirement. Epic’s cited pages do not provide a full side-by-side archive of every previous FNCS outfit, so claims about older designs, prices, or current availability require a separate dated Epic listing.

What comes with the FNCS Teal Knight outfit
The reward package has two different qualification systems. The main outfit bundle is awarded by final placement in the standard cup. The emblem and spray are earned by reaching point thresholds, not by finishing in the same placement bracket.
| Cosmetic | How it is earned | What Epic’s rules establish |
|---|---|---|
| FNCS Teal Knight outfit | Placement | Part of the placement reward bundle in the standard cup |
| FNCS Ice Breaker pickaxe | Placement | Included with the outfit bundle |
| FNCS Shield back bling | Placement | Included with the outfit bundle |
| Knightly FNCS wrap | Placement | Included with the outfit bundle |
| Teal Knight’s Emblem back bling | 40 points | Separate point threshold |
| Teal Knight’s Kick spray | 8 points | Separate point threshold |
The word “bundle” here describes the group of placement rewards listed together in the rules. It does not establish that Epic sells the group as a shop bundle or that it has a separate V-Bucks price.
How to get Champion Teal Knight
1. Confirm the event and mode
Look for the Champion Teal Knight FNCS Cup in Fortnite’s competitive events interface and verify that you are entering the solo Battle Royale cup rather than a different FNCS or mobile listing. The documented event dates are October 18–19, 2026.

- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country of residence if that is higher.
- Multifactor authentication (MFA) must be enabled on your Epic account.
- Your account must satisfy any additional in-game eligibility checks shown for the cup.
Epic states the age and MFA conditions on the event page. If the event does not appear or the game blocks registration, check account age information, parental controls, and MFA status before troubleshooting the tournament itself.
3. Play the required matches
Enter the event during its active window and play the matches allowed by the in-game rules. Because this is a solo cup, your score is attached to your own account rather than a team roster. Keep the event panel open so you can see the current scoring format, remaining match count, and region selected by the game.

4. Target both point rewards and the placement bundle
Eight points are enough for the Teal Knight’s Kick spray, and 40 points unlock the Teal Knight’s Emblem back bling. The outfit, pickaxe, FNCS Shield, and Knightly FNCS wrap require a qualifying final placement, so reaching a point threshold alone does not establish eligibility for that bundle.
5. Wait for reward delivery
After the event closes and results are processed, check the account that competed in the cup. If a qualifying reward is missing, save screenshots of the event result, points, region, and placement, then use Epic’s official support route. Do not buy a code or pay a third party based only on an unverified claim that the outfit was awarded.
Regional placement cutoffs
For the standard cup, the outfit, FNCS Ice Breaker, FNCS Shield, and Knightly FNCS are awarded to the following final placements. These are regional ranges, not a single worldwide leaderboard.
| Region | Qualifying placements for the outfit bundle |
|---|---|
| OCE | 1–100 |
| Asia | 1–100 |
| Middle East (ME) | 1–100 |
| European Union (EU) | 1–1,000 |
| Brazil (BR) | 1–200 |
| North America West (NAW) | 1–200 |
| North America Central (NAC) | 1–700 |
The mobile cup uses smaller regional placement ranges. The material cited for this event does not give one universal mobile cutoff table, so mobile players should read the exact rules attached to their mode and region rather than applying the standard-cup numbers.
Region is therefore part of the answer to “Is the Teal Knight skin available in every region?” The event is described with regional leaderboards and published thresholds for OCE, Asia, ME, EU, BR, NAW, and NAC, but the number of qualifying places differs substantially. A player in EU, for example, is competing for one of the first 1,000 places, while OCE, Asia, and ME list the first 100.

Is Champion Teal Knight in the Item Shop?
No official Item Shop sale is established by the cited Epic pages. They document tournament participation as the acquisition route, but do not publish a V-Bucks price, shop rotation date, physical redemption code, or retail product for the outfit.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteThat distinction is important because Fortnite cosmetics can have different release paths. A tournament reward should not be treated as shop-available merely because another FNCS cosmetic appeared in a shop, and an old social-media image is not proof of a current listing. If Epic later announces a shop release, the date, price, and eligibility should be checked against that new official listing.
The safest current answer is:
- Documented route: earn the reward through the 2026 Champion Teal Knight FNCS Cup.
- Item Shop status: not established by the cited official material.
- V-Bucks price: not stated.
- Physical code or gift-card route: not stated.
- Permanent exclusivity: not established; Epic’s pages do not make that claim in the cited material.
Champion Teal Knight versus other FNCS skins
Earlier FNCS outfits may differ by character model, color palette, event year, game mode, scoring requirement, region, and whether they were earned through a tournament, a drop, or a shop sale. However, the cited 2026 Epic pages do not publish a complete historical catalog with those fields for every prior outfit. The table below separates what is established for Champion Teal Knight from what remains unconfirmed for earlier FNCS cosmetics.
| Comparison point | Champion Teal Knight / FNCS Teal Knight | Earlier FNCS outfits |
|---|---|---|
| Event year | 2026 | Not stated in the cited 2026 Epic materials |
| Event and mode | Champion Teal Knight FNCS Cup; solo Battle Royale, with a separate mobile cup listing | Not stated in the cited 2026 Epic materials |
| Visual identity | Teal knight theme, with the named FNCS companion set | Character models and color themes are not cataloged in the cited material |
| Placement requirement | Standard-cup bundle: 1–100 OCE, Asia, and ME; 1–1,000 EU; 1–200 BR and NAW; 1–700 NAC | Not stated in the cited 2026 Epic materials |
| Point rewards | 40 points for Teal Knight’s Emblem; 8 points for Teal Knight’s Kick | Not stated in the cited 2026 Epic materials |
| Acquisition route | Documented as tournament-earned | Whether an earlier outfit was tournament-earned, drop-earned, or shop-sold is not established here |
| Companion cosmetics | FNCS Ice Breaker, FNCS Shield, Knightly FNCS, Teal Knight’s Emblem, and Teal Knight’s Kick | Not stated in the cited 2026 Epic materials |
| Current shop availability | No official Item Shop listing or price is established | Current status is not established and must be checked against a dated Epic listing |
This means Champion Teal Knight can be compared confidently on its event structure and reward package, but not ranked as “rarer,” “cheaper,” or “more exclusive” than every previous FNCS skin from the cited information alone. Those judgments require verified records for each individual cosmetic.
What makes the 2026 set visually and functionally distinct
Teal knight theme
The defining identity is the teal knight concept reflected in the outfit name and the companion item names. The FNCS Shield back bling, Knightly FNCS wrap, and Teal Knight’s Emblem reinforce the same event branding, while FNCS Ice Breaker supplies the matching pickaxe.

One outfit, several reward types
The set is not only an outfit. It combines a character cosmetic, harvesting tool, back bling, weapon wrap, back bling emblem, and spray. Because the last two use point thresholds rather than placement cutoffs, a player can earn part of the set without reaching the top regional bracket.
Competition-based availability
The meaningful difference from a normal shop purchase is the qualification method. Players must satisfy age and MFA requirements, enter the event in the correct mode, and meet the applicable score or placement condition. The official material does not say that simply watching the cup or owning another FNCS item grants the set.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Can you use the cosmetics in LEGO Fortnite and other modes?
Epic’s compatibility guidance distinguishes the outfit from its companion cosmetics. Outfits are marked compatible across Fortnite, Save the World, LEGO Fortnite Odyssey, Rocket Racing, Fortnite Festival, and developer-made experiences.
Back blings, sprays, pickaxes, and wraps have narrower compatibility in Epic’s compatibility table. Therefore, “the Teal Knight set works everywhere” is too broad. The outfit has the broad compatibility designation; each companion item must be checked against the mode and item-type rules.
| Item type | Compatibility guidance | Practical implication |
|---|---|---|
| Outfit | Marked compatible across Fortnite, Save the World, LEGO Fortnite Odyssey, Rocket Racing, Fortnite Festival, and developer-made experiences | The character appearance can carry across the listed experiences where supported |
| Back bling | Narrower compatibility than outfits | Confirm support for the specific experience before expecting it to appear |
| Pickaxe | Narrower compatibility than outfits | Availability can vary by experience and item rules |
| Wrap | Narrower compatibility than outfits | It may not apply to every vehicle, weapon, or mode |
| Spray | Narrower compatibility than outfits | Use depends on whether the experience supports sprays |
Compatibility is separate from ownership. Earning an item in the FNCS Cup gives the account the cosmetic, but a supported mode still has to accept that item type.

Eligibility and troubleshooting checklist
The event is missing from the competitive menu
- Confirm that the event date and time are still within October 18–19, 2026.
- Check that you are viewing the solo Battle Royale cup, not the separate mobile listing.
- Verify the account’s region and age settings.
- Make sure MFA is enabled on the Epic account before entering.
You reached points but did not receive the outfit
Eight and 40 points correspond to the spray and emblem thresholds. They do not replace the placement requirement for the outfit bundle. Review the final leaderboard position for your region and confirm that the event result belongs to the same account that played the matches.
You placed highly but a companion item is missing
Record the final placement, region, event mode, and result screen. Then allow the competition results to finish processing and contact Epic support if the qualifying reward still does not appear. Avoid relying on third-party sellers, screenshots without account identifiers, or claims that a separate code is required, because no physical code route is established in the cited official material.
The outfit appears but an item does not work in another mode
Check the item type first. Epic marks outfits more broadly compatible than back blings, sprays, pickaxes, and wraps. A missing companion cosmetic in one experience can therefore be a compatibility limitation rather than an ownership error.
What to verify before relying on a comparison or resale claim
FNCS cosmetics are often discussed using shorthand such as “exclusive,” “rare,” or “shop-only.” Those labels can hide important differences. Before treating an older skin as a direct comparison, verify all of the following in an official, dated source:
- The exact cosmetic name and whether it is an outfit, style, or bundle component.
- The event year, game mode, and whether the reward came from placement, points, drops, or a shop rotation.
- The qualifying region and the actual cutoff, rather than a worldwide number.
- Whether the listing concerns the outfit itself or only a pickaxe, back bling, wrap, or spray.
- The current Item Shop status and price, if a shop sale is being claimed.
- Compatibility for the specific item type and the intended Fortnite experience.
For Champion Teal Knight, the strongest verified facts are the 2026 event dates, the solo tournament format, the age and MFA requirements, the named reward set, the regional placement ranges, and the 8-point and 40-point thresholds. The cited material does not establish a complete historical ranking of FNCS outfits or a current shop route.
Bottom line
Champion Teal Knight is a 2026 FNCS tournament reward, not a confirmed Item Shop purchase. To earn the main outfit package, compete in the solo Champion Teal Knight FNCS Cup and finish within your region’s published placement range; 8 points earn the spray and 40 points earn the emblem. The FNCS Ice Breaker pickaxe, FNCS Shield back bling, and Knightly FNCS wrap accompany the outfit bundle. The outfit has broad listed compatibility across Fortnite experiences, while its back bling, pickaxe, wrap, and spray should be checked individually. Epic has not established a shop price, physical code, permanent exclusivity claim, or complete comparison catalog for earlier FNCS skins in the cited material.
