No. YouTube does not allow pornography intended to sexually gratify viewers. An age check may let an eligible viewer watch some age-restricted videos, but it does not make prohibited pornography permissible.
What YouTube prohibits
YouTube’s Nudity and sexual content policy says explicit content intended to sexually gratify viewers is not allowed. The policy covers content across YouTube, including videos, live streams, audio, descriptions, comments, and other features. It also prohibits depictions of sexual acts or fetishes when they are intended for sexual gratification. Posting pornography may lead to removal of the content or termination of the channel.

The rule also applies to links: YouTube’s External links policy prohibits links that direct users to content violating its Community Guidelines, and gives pornography as an example. That applies to links shared through YouTube features such as descriptions, comments, and live streams.
How age-restricted content differs
Some sexual or suggestive material may be allowed in a non-gratuitous educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic context. YouTube gives a documentary about breast cancer as an example. The context should be evident in the video itself, its title, and its description; this allowance is not a route for posting pornography or presenting explicit material for sexual gratification.

Separate from that contextual allowance, YouTube may age-restrict content that does not violate its policies but is unsuitable for younger viewers. According to its Watch age-restricted videos guidance, viewers generally must be signed in and at least 18 to watch an age-restricted video. Most third-party embeds cannot play age-restricted videos.
Viewers in Australia and in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, or UK may also be asked to verify their age to watch age-restricted videos. The prompt and process depend on the viewer’s region and YouTube’s current requirements. These checks apply to eligible age-restricted material; they do not override the ban on pornography intended for sexual gratification.

What to do if you find a violating video
If you encounter content that appears to violate YouTube’s sexual-content policy, report it using YouTube’s reporting controls. YouTube asks viewers to report content they believe violates the policy. Reporting flags it for review; it does not guarantee a particular outcome.
