Can you play Halo Infinite in a browser?

Where does Forge fit?
Forge is Halo Infinite’s in-game suite for creating multiplayer maps and modes. Player-made Forge content can be played with others in Custom Games, and Halo Support says Forge is part of free-to-play Halo Infinite multiplayer.
