Yes. Restream lets you build a prerecorded playlist from videos in its own library, arrange them in the order you want, then schedule the playlist to broadcast to YouTube. Its documented workflow does not establish that Restream can import a playlist from a YouTube playlist URL.
How to schedule an ordered playlist to YouTube

In Restream, open the home screen and choose Pre-recorded livestream, then Playlist.

Select videos already in your Restream library or upload video files. Continue to the playlist editor.

Drag and drop the videos into the sequence you want. You can add files or a countdown and customize available designs, captions, or QR codes.

Preview the playlist, schedule it, and select YouTube as a destination. Restream documents scheduled files and playlists as starting automatically at the scheduled time, but a destination platform may still require a manual start.
Restream’s official guide puts the ordering step simply: “Drag and drop your videos in the order you prefer.” (Restream playlist guide)
What “playlist” means in Restream
This is a sequence of video files held in Restream, not a documented YouTube-playlist import. The setup instructions direct you to select existing Restream videos or upload files; they do not describe pasting a YouTube playlist URL to import its contents. If you need videos from a YouTube playlist, use files available to you and add them to Restream according to the rights and permissions that apply.

Limits and changes after the playlist starts

A playlist can contain up to 40 videos and run for up to 24 hours.

You can add, remove, or reorder videos before the playlist goes live. Once it is live, Restream says edits are limited to graphics and chat.

Playlist looping is not currently supported. To repeat selected material within the same playlist, Restream says you can duplicate videos, subject to the 40-video limit.

A single prerecorded video can be looped on eligible plans, but that is a different feature and workflow from repeating a multi-video playlist. See Loop the video of your pre-recorded stream.

Plans, library capacity, and resolution
Restream’s playlist feature page says access requires a purchased Upload & Stream add-on tier. Its Help Center page, published July 25, 2026, lists these plan details; availability and pricing may change, so confirm them on Restream before subscribing.

If you need an actively changing playlist after going live, Restream’s documented limits do not support rearranging its video sequence mid-broadcast.
YouTube setup and broadcast checks
Restream lists Playlist among the event setup choices for YouTube. Your YouTube channel must have live streaming enabled before you can stream. Review Restream’s guides for creating a YouTube Live Event and streaming to YouTube. Before scheduling, verify that the destination is connected and that your uploaded material is permitted for broadcast under YouTube’s rules and any applicable rights.
