What OneStream Live’s 24/7 feature does
OneStream Live describes a YouTube-only 24/7 workflow for prerecorded video. You select video files from your device, OneStream storage, or supported cloud storage, connect or select your YouTube channel, enter stream details, choose when to start, set a duration, and schedule the broadcast. This is a way to broadcast uploaded or stored video, not an unattended live camera feed. OneStream’s broader platform supports other destinations and methods, but its documented 24/7 feature is exclusive to YouTube. Scheduling the stream does not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect continuity.
Confirm the plan and price before subscribing
OneStream Live’s official materials do not agree about what subscription unlocks 24/7 streaming. Its help article says the feature is exclusive to an Enterprise plan. Its pricing page lists “24-Hours Streams” as a $30/month add-on, while its billing help describes a YouTube-only 24-hour add-on that can be added to an existing subscription and allows up to three concurrent streams. Before purchase, check the feature availability and full recurring charge displayed after signing in, including any base subscription required. The listed $30/month add-on is a US-dollar figure; the reviewed sources do not establish an India-specific price or confirm that every payment method or account feature is available to every Indian customer. OneStream Live’s app is listed in India, but that alone does not settle web checkout eligibility.
Set up a nonstop stream
- Make sure YouTube Live is enabled. YouTube requires a verified channel with no live-streaming restriction in the preceding 90 days, and the streamer must be at least 16. A third-party scheduling service does not bypass these requirements. See YouTube’s live-streaming enablement requirements.
- Connect your YouTube channel to OneStream Live. Complete the normal YouTube connection before scheduling prerecorded video. Follow the service’s YouTube connection instructions.
- Choose the 24-hour stream workflow. In OneStream Live’s web workflow, select “24-hour Stream” and add one or more video files from your computer, OneStream storage, or supported cloud storage. The mobile app has a similar flow. Exact labels may vary between web and app.
- Select the YouTube channel and enter stream details. Choose the connected channel and provide the requested broadcast information.
- Set the start time and duration. Start immediately or schedule for later, then specify the duration in days. OneStream’s documentation sets the maximum at 30 days.
- Review the account offer and schedule. Confirm that your plan or add-on actually enables 24/7 streaming, check the total charge, and schedule the broadcast. Keep your original files; do not rely on YouTube to retain a complete replay of a long stream.

Live-stream access
YouTube’s channel requirements apply even when OneStream handles scheduling. A verified channel, no live restriction during the previous 90 days, and a streamer aged 16 or older are required to enable live streaming. Account-specific restrictions can still prevent a broadcast.

YouTube’s live terms say, “The Live Content must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines.” They also require the creator to hold the rights needed for worldwide use of the live content, including applicable music licensing rights, and to follow relevant laws and regulations. Only schedule material you are entitled to broadcast. A video being available online, or a song being commonly used in a genre, does not establish that you have the necessary rights to stream it.

Repetitive content and YPP
YouTube’s monetization policies apply to live streams. Its July 15, 2025 policy update clarified that repetitive or mass-produced material is “inauthentic content”; the same page says the reused-content policy did not change. This does not mean every loop is automatically prohibited, but a channel built from repetitive or reused material may fail monetization review. Rights to both video and audio remain important. Using OneStream Live does not qualify a channel for YouTube Partner Program ad revenue. YouTube’s full ad-revenue eligibility threshold is 1,000 subscribers and either 4,000 qualified public watch hours in the prior 12 months or 10 million qualified Shorts views in the prior 90 days. Policy compliance, YPP availability in the creator’s country or region, and channel review also apply; reaching the threshold does not guarantee approval or that ads will serve on every live stream. YouTube says it can automatically archive a live stream if it is less than 12 hours; if a stream exceeds 12 hours, it may not be captured at all. A 24/7 broadcast therefore should not be treated as a reliable way to create a complete YouTube replay. Retain source files and arrange an independent backup if a replay matters.
