No—not according to Gyre’s published description. Gyre says a playlist determines which videos a stream plays and in what order, then starts again from the first file when the last one ends. Its public materials do not document a shuffle setting, so random playback in a Gyre livestream is unconfirmed.
How Gyre’s playlist playback is described
Gyre’s official product article describes a playlist as setting what a stream plays and in what order. When the last file ends, the stream begins the playlist again from the top. Gyre’s homepage likewise describes arranging videos into a looping playlist.
Those descriptions establish ordered, repeating playback. They do not say that Gyre randomly changes the sequence between plays. The official materials reviewed do not mention a shuffle mode, but that omission does not prove the current interface has no such control: the playlist tutorial could not be retrieved, and the present interface was not verified. Check the playlist controls in your account or ask Gyre support before relying on random sequencing.
Gyre livestreams are different from YouTube playlist playback
A Gyre playlist controls videos played as part of a cloud livestream. YouTube’s playlist controls, by contrast, concern a playlist viewed on YouTube. A browser extension that shuffles videos in the YouTube player also operates in that playback context. Neither YouTube’s controls nor a player extension establishes that Gyre will randomize the input to its livestream.

Or let it run in the cloud
If your real goal is to keep uploaded videos live on YouTube, StreamNeo is a separate option: upload your video or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key, and go live. It loops uploaded videos from the cloud, so nothing has to stay on at home. It does not broadcast from a camera, and it streams to YouTube only.
