Our verdict on Thexyz Email
Thexyz Email is a paid email-hosting service for individuals, families and businesses that need mailboxes on custom domains or Thexyz-owned domains. It combines webmail with calendar, contacts and tasks, alongside spam and virus filtering, aliases, standard mail protocols and mobile-device connectivity. Two-factor authentication, app passwords, encrypted connections, Send Later and Undo Send add practical account and messaging controls. It suits users who want more than basic inbox hosting without giving up compatibility with established mail clients and synchronization standards.
Pricing is organized around storage and selected plan features. The 10 GB plan costs $2.95 per user per month when billed monthly and includes webmail and mobile access, spam and virus filtering, and 25 aliases. At $4.95 per user per month, the 25 GB plan adds ActiveSync, video calls and Zulip Chat. The 50 GB plan costs $6.95 per user per month and adds maximum data retention and priority support. This structure makes the entry plan suitable for core email needs, while the higher tiers are aimed at users who need more mailbox capacity, broader device synchronization or enhanced support.
Compatibility is a central strength. Thexyz Email supports Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail and Gmail apps through IMAP, POP3 and SMTP, with ActiveSync, CalDAV and CardDAV available for broader synchronization across mail, calendar and contacts. Managed migration from providers such as Gmail and Microsoft 365 can help organizations move existing mailboxes. Choose Thexyz Email if custom domains, storage and protocol support matter more than a free tier or native mobile apps. Users seeking a free service or a primarily native-app experience should consider another option.
