Do not confuse capture with login or access bypass
Accepting authentication material does not mean the screenshot service will log in for you, defeat a CAPTCHA, or bypass the target’s access controls. Use the feature only on a site you own or are authorized to access, and only where automated rendering is permitted. Compare capture controls as well as authentication inputs
Headers and cookies solve only the request-identity part of the problem. The page may still need a particular viewport, a full-page capture, or an element-specific screenshot. Expect target-site restrictions
A valid token or cookie is not a promise of successful rendering. The site may require additional state, expire the session, reject automated traffic, or restrict access. Confirm authorization and permitted automation with the site owner; do not treat screenshot tooling as a way around a bot check or access restriction.

- Check that the token or cookie belongs to the target domain and is still valid.
- Confirm that the request uses the authentication method the site expects; a cookie-based site may not accept a bearer header instead.
- For cookies, verify domain and path attributes and avoid conflicting explicit headers or authentication options.
- Remember that the screenshot service does not necessarily perform the login flow; obtain and refresh the session through your own authorized code.
The site rejects the capture although credentials look correct
- Check whether the site owner permits automated rendering and whether its automation protections block the request.
