pCloud and Internxt are the clearest genuine lifetime-storage options identified for 2026. pCloud lists one-time 500 GB and 2 TB plans, while Internxt lists one-time 1 TB, 3 TB and 5 TB plans. Exact checkout prices vary by currency and region, so verify the total in your market on the day you buy. Koofr is not currently a lifetime deal: its official page offers yearly subscriptions, with stackable gift cards that extend duration.
Which services currently offer lifetime cloud storage?
The offers below are the ones whose official pages describe a one-time or perpetual-style purchase as of 30 September 2026. A lifetime plan removes recurring renewals only while the provider continues operating and honoring the product. It is not a guarantee that the service will exist for the buyer’s lifetime.
| Service | Storage tiers shown | Payment model | Refund or eligibility terms | What the official material establishes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| pCloud | 500 GB and 2 TB lifetime tiers | One-time payment | Not stated in the reviewed offer material | Sync, offline access, file recovery and sharing; pCloud says it uses TLS/SSL for channels and 256-bit AES encryption |
| Internxt | 1 TB, 3 TB and 5 TB lifetime tiers | One-time payment; upgrades cost extra | 30-day money-back period; deal eligibility and stacking rules apply | Internxt describes end-to-end and post-quantum cryptography, public code and audits; these are provider statements |
| Koofr | No lifetime tier currently shown | Yearly subscriptions; gift cards can be stacked to extend duration | Not a perpetual plan | Do not treat historic or reseller references to Koofr lifetime storage as a current official offer |
The figures and feature descriptions above are provider-published information, not results from an independent speed, uptime or security comparison.
pCloud lifetime storage: best fit for broad everyday features
pCloud’s official pricing page presents lifetime options at 500 GB and 2 TB. The page opened in euros, while a search-result rendering of the same page displayed US-dollar amounts. Because the displayed currency and checkout total can depend on location, there is no single price that can accurately represent every buyer. Check the currency, tax and final total after selecting your country.

What you get
- File synchronization across supported devices.
- Offline access to selected files.
- Sharing tools.
- File recovery features.
- Provider-stated TLS/SSL channel protection and 256-bit AES encryption.
Those encryption statements describe pCloud’s published security controls. They do not, by themselves, establish zero-knowledge encryption for every file or provide an independent audit of the whole service.
When pCloud makes sense
Choose the 500 GB tier when your main library is documents, photos and device files. The 2 TB tier is more suitable for a larger photo archive, video collection or several computers. Before paying, confirm whether the features you need—such as selective sync, sharing permissions or recovery duration—are included in the exact plan shown at checkout.

Internxt lifetime storage: larger tiers and a stated refund window
Internxt’s official lifetime page lists 1 TB, 3 TB and 5 TB plans and advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee. Internxt says that “with one payment, you can access your storage and features forever with no more payments needed.” “Forever” is the provider’s offer language, not an independent promise that the company or service will operate indefinitely.
Security and privacy claims
Internxt describes its service as using end-to-end and post-quantum cryptography, and says its code is public and has been audited. These claims should be read as Internxt’s own descriptions; the reviewed material does not independently verify the implementation, the audit scope or how every product component is covered.

Eligibility and upgrade rules
The deal FAQ says the offer is available to new customers, free-account users and some existing lifetime customers who upgrade. It describes stacking and storage upgrades, with an additional payment only when a customer chooses more storage. Read the eligibility notice and the selected plan’s terms before checkout because qualification can vary by account status.
Do not confuse the annual promotion with lifetime access
Internxt states that if you buy an annual plan through its deal, the discounted deal applies to the first year only and the plan renews at the full listed price afterward. A discounted first year is therefore a subscription, not a one-time lifetime purchase. Select the lifetime option explicitly if avoiding renewals is your goal.

Why Koofr is not a lifetime deal right now
Koofr’s official pricing page currently says only yearly subscriptions are possible. Koofr also sells gift cards that can be stacked to increase plan duration. Stacking several annual periods may provide multiple years of access, but it does not create perpetual storage and should not be ranked alongside pCloud or Internxt lifetime plans.
How to compare a lifetime deal before paying
- Confirm the plan type. Look for wording that the payment is one time and that the selected tier is lifetime. Exclude annual plans whose first-year discount renews later.
- Record the real checkout total. Note currency, taxes, region and the date checked. Sale prices and regional displays can change, and an advertised amount may not be the amount charged in your market.
- Compare usable capacity. Match the storage tier to your current library plus a realistic growth margin. A larger allowance is not automatically better if you will never use it.
- Check the privacy model. Distinguish end-to-end or zero-knowledge claims from encryption in transit or at rest. Ask whether the provider can access account metadata, recovery keys or shared files.
- Verify the workflows you need. Check desktop and mobile apps, selective synchronization, offline files, sharing controls, version history, recovery, mobile-camera backup and any NAS integration.
- Read upgrade and account rules. Confirm whether storage can be increased later, whether upgrades require another payment, and what happens if an existing account already has a plan.
- Check the refund window. Internxt advertises 30 days; the reviewed pCloud material did not state a comparable window. Save the terms shown at purchase.
- Plan an independent backup. Keep another copy of irreplaceable files before treating cloud storage as your only repository.
What “lifetime” really means
A lifetime offer is a prepaid service entitlement, not ownership of a permanent storage device. A shutdown, acquisition, policy change or business-model change can affect access. Provider continuity is the central risk that a one-time price cannot remove.

TechRadar illustrates the arithmetic with a hypothetical $500 plan: staying for 10 years (120 months) works out to about $4 per month. That is a calculation based on the stated example, not a market price or a forecast of any provider’s lifespan.
Use cloud storage with a separate backup
Cloud synchronization is not the same as an independent backup. Deletions, ransomware, account loss, synchronization mistakes or a provider outage can affect files in the cloud. Keep a separate local copy—such as a portable external hard drive—and update it on a schedule. The local disk complements cloud storage; it does not replace an off-site copy, so particularly important data should exist in more than one location.
Quick Recap
Which deal should you choose?
Choose pCloud if
- You want a 500 GB or 2 TB tier with documented sync, offline, sharing and recovery features.
- You prefer a service whose published plan page clearly lists those everyday workflows.
- You have checked the region-specific currency and final checkout amount.
Choose Internxt if
- You need 1 TB, 3 TB or 5 TB and value a stated 30-day money-back period.
- You are comfortable evaluating provider-described end-to-end and post-quantum cryptography claims.
- You have confirmed eligibility, the lifetime option and any upgrade terms on your account.
Do not choose Koofr as a lifetime purchase if
- You require one payment with no annual renewal.
- You are relying on a reseller or an old article rather than Koofr’s current official pricing page.
