What makes a game a good follow-up to Buttons Up!?
Steam describes Buttons Up! as an incremental button-collecting game: you hoard buttons, protect them from intruders, buy buildings, use skills, and automate income. The Steam listing identifies Jestercraft as both developer and publisher and gives a release date of December 31, 2025. These details describe the PC Steam game; a separate Google Play listing describes a mobile idle-clicker version in which buttons make later collection easier and intruders can steal the stash. The two platform listings should not be treated as proof that the versions share identical features or release histories.
For this kind of game, useful comparisons include the central action, how quickly automation takes over, what resources or systems you manage, and how progression continues.
