An ASUS Singapore security-advisory excerpt lists 19 router models in a firmware-update entry dated June 19, 2023. That is a historical list, not confirmation that all 19 models are affected by a current notice. Check the exact model and its regional ASUS support page for the firmware and release notes that apply to your device.
What the 19-model notice says—and what it does not
The dated ASUS Singapore excerpt lists these models: GT6, GT-AXE16000, GT-AX11000 PRO, GT-AXE11000, GT-AX6000, GT-AX11000, GS-AX5400, GS-AX3000, XT9, XT8, XT8 V2, RT-AX86U PRO, RT-AX86U, RT-AX86S, RT-AX82U, RT-AX58U, RT-AX3000, TUF-AX6000, and TUF-AX5400. The date attached to the entry is June 19, 2023 (ASUS Singapore Product Security Advisory).
The excerpt does not establish a single firmware version for those routers, and the model names are not interchangeable: suffixes such as V2 and PRO matter. It also does not identify a CVE, severity score, attack method, number of affected owners, or verified exploit for the notice. Confirm applicability and the available firmware for your specific device on ASUS’s support page.
How to check and update your ASUS router
- Identify the exact model. Read the product label on the router. Include any suffix, such as V2 or PRO, when searching.
- Open the matching ASUS support page. Choose the page for the exact device and your region, then check its firmware downloads and release notes.
- Follow ASUS’s instructions for that device. Use the firmware and update procedure shown on the matching support page; do not install a file intended for another model.
- Confirm the installed firmware version afterward. Compare it with the version and release information ASUS lists for that device.
- Check ASUS’s security advisory page for current notices. ASUS recommends keeping products updated and applying the latest firmware and software patches (ASUS Product Security Advisory).
Firmware availability and version depend on the exact router. The dated 19-model excerpt does not provide one shared version to install across the list.

How the 2025 ASUS statement relates to the 2023 list
On July 24, 2025, ASUS said that reported potential software issues involving MyASUS, Armoury Crate, DriverHub, and certain ASUS router models had been resolved. Its statement does not name those router models (ASUS Pressroom statement). It is separate from the June 19, 2023 entry; the available information does not establish that the two notices describe the same issue or affected devices.

The ASUS Product Security Advisory page recommends applying current patches, but its retrieved page text did not expose the live advisory table. The available information therefore cannot establish which notice is latest.
