In the United States, Amazon Haul usually arrives in one to two weeks. Delivery is free on orders of $25 or more; orders below $25 have a $3.99 delivery fee. Those figures are typical U.S. terms, not a guaranteed date or a worldwide policy. Canada and Amazon’s Bazaar markets use different thresholds, fees, and delivery estimates.
How long does Amazon Haul take to arrive?
United States: allow one to two weeks
Amazon describes typical U.S. Haul delivery as one to two weeks. This is an estimate for normal delivery, not a guaranteed arrival date. The date shown at checkout for your address is the more useful commitment because inventory, destination, and current operating conditions can change the estimate.
Haul’s estimate should not be confused with the delivery promise attached to a separate Prime-eligible listing. A Prime membership does not turn a Haul order into a standard Prime shipment. If speed matters, compare the checkout date for the Haul item with the date shown for the equivalent item outside Haul before paying.
Canada: two weeks or less
Amazon Canada describes Haul delivery as two weeks or less. That wording is a regional estimate, so it should not be converted into a guaranteed number of days. Check the Canadian checkout estimate for the exact postal address.

Bazaar markets: local terms apply
Amazon’s Bazaar markets do not use one universal delivery promise. Each market can set its own delivery window, order minimum, and below-threshold charge. A U.S. estimate or fee should never be applied to a Bazaar order.
What is the Amazon Haul free-shipping minimum?
U.S. threshold: $25
A U.S. Haul order of $25 or more qualifies for free delivery under Amazon’s published Haul terms. An order under $25 carries a $3.99 delivery fee. The practical breakpoint is therefore $25: a $20 cart should normally show the $3.99 charge, while a cart that reaches $25 should qualify for free delivery.
Amazon’s public description does not establish every detail about how taxes, credits, gift cards, or other checkout adjustments are treated in every situation. Use the qualification message and fee line in your cart as the final authority for your address and order.

Canada: C$35 threshold
In Canada, free Haul shipping starts at C$35. Orders below that amount have a C$6.99 delivery charge. These are Canadian-dollar terms and must not be substituted for the U.S. $25 and $3.99 figures.
Bazaar markets: check the local cart
Bazaar markets use local minimums and charges. The published regional guidance does not provide one figure that applies to every Bazaar country, so the cart and checkout page are where you should verify the threshold and fee.

How Haul’s discounts affect the delivered cost
U.S. cart discounts
Amazon says U.S. Haul carts receive 5% off at $50 and 10% off at $75. The published figures describe cart thresholds, not a guarantee that every product, promotion, or future order will qualify under identical conditions. Confirm the discount line before placing the order.
- A $50 qualifying cart would receive a 5% reduction, equivalent to $2.50 before any taxes or other adjustments.
- A $75 qualifying cart would receive a 10% reduction, equivalent to $7.50 before any taxes or other adjustments.
- Both examples are already above the U.S. $25 free-delivery threshold, so the $3.99 below-threshold charge should not apply under the published rule.
Do not buy unwanted items solely to unlock a percentage discount. A discount can reduce the price of a useful larger order, but it does not make an unnecessary purchase economical.
Low-cost items and the $25 decision
Amazon’s U.S. examples include an iPhone 16 case listed at $1.79 and a two-pack of kitchen tongs listed at $4.99. Prices and stock can change, so treat those as examples rather than standing prices. If a cart is $20, adding a genuinely useful item worth at least $5 can move it to the $25 free-delivery threshold. That comparison is sensible only when you wanted the additional item; otherwise, paying the $3.99 fee may cost less than buying something you do not need.

Is Amazon Haul slower than Prime?
Haul’s stated U.S. window of one to two weeks is a different fulfillment expectation from the faster dates often displayed for Prime-eligible inventory. It is reasonable to expect Haul to take longer than a fast Prime listing in many cases, but there is no single Prime delivery speed to use as a universal comparison: the date depends on the product, seller, inventory location, destination, and selected delivery option.

- Check the threshold message. For a U.S. order, look for the $25 free-delivery qualification; for Canada, look for C$35. In a Bazaar market, read the local threshold shown by Amazon.
- Inspect the delivery line. A U.S. cart below $25 should show $3.99; a Canadian cart below C$35 should show C$6.99. If the amount differs, the order may be governed by a different market, promotion, or updated policy.
- Review the arrival estimate. Compare the checkout date with your deadline. The one-to-two-week or two-weeks-or-less descriptions are typical ranges, while the address-specific estimate is the actionable one.
- Confirm discounts before payment. At U.S. cart values of $50 and $75, verify whether the 5% or 10% reduction appears and which items are included.
- Save the order details. Keep the confirmation and displayed estimate so you can identify a changed date or unexpected charge later.
Returns, safety screening, and buyer protection
U.S. returns over $3
Amazon says U.S. Haul purchases priced above $3 can be returned free within 15 days of delivery. The rule is tied to the purchase and return conditions shown for the order, so read the return instructions attached to the specific item. The cited policy does not establish the same free-return treatment for purchases priced at $3 or less.

A-to-z Guarantee
Haul products are covered by Amazon’s A-to-z Guarantee. Amazon also says Haul products are screened for safety, authenticity, and regulatory compliance. That screening and guarantee provide recourse when an item is not as described or arrives in an unexpected condition; they do not remove the need to inspect the product when it arrives and follow the order’s return process.
What to do if an order is late or incorrect
- Compare the current tracking or order page with the original checkout estimate.
- Check whether the shipment was split or the date changed after purchase.
- If the product is damaged, materially different, or missing, document the condition and use the order’s return or A-to-z support route within the stated period.
- If a delivery fee appears unexpectedly, confirm the country, currency, subtotal, and any promotion before contacting support.
Common mistakes that make Haul cost more
Assuming the U.S. rule applies elsewhere
The $25 and $3.99 figures are U.S. figures. Canada uses C$35 and C$6.99, and Bazaar markets use their own local terms. Currency symbols matter: C$35 is not a $35 U.S. threshold.
Confusing seller fulfillment fees with your delivery charge
Amazon’s seller documentation lists fulfillment fee tiers based on factors such as weight. Those are seller-side fulfillment charges, not the consumer delivery fee displayed for a Haul shopper. Do not use a seller fee table to calculate what your cart will charge.

“One to two weeks” and “two weeks or less” describe typical delivery. Weather, inventory, address, and carrier conditions can affect an individual order. The final checkout estimate and subsequent order updates control.
Waiting until after payment to notice the fee
Review the subtotal, delivery charge, discount, tax, and arrival estimate on the final confirmation screen. A cart that looks inexpensive item by item can be less attractive once a below-threshold fee is added.
Who should use Amazon Haul?
- Good fit: shoppers who value very low item prices, can wait roughly one to two weeks in the U.S. or up to two weeks in Canada, and can consolidate useful purchases above the local free-delivery threshold.
- Less suitable: anyone who needs a guaranteed near-term arrival, wants to rely on a standard Prime delivery promise, or would have to add unwanted products merely to avoid a fee.
- Before ordering: verify the live price, stock status, local delivery charge, discount qualification, return terms, and address-specific arrival estimate.

For U.S. shoppers, plan on one to two weeks, target a $25 cart for free delivery, and expect $3.99 when the order remains below that amount.
