Each has a different fix. Start by checking your edition and platform, then use the troubleshooting steps for the specific symptom.
Revelations does not appear in the game
Check whether your purchase includes the DLC and whether the platform recognizes that entitlement. Bethesda says DOOM: The Dark Ages Premium Edition and Collectors Bundle purchases include Revelations at no additional cost. Base-game owners need to buy the standalone Revelations download or upgrade their edition. Bethesda also says a Revelations entitlement issue affecting the Steam Premium Edition was resolved; that statement does not establish a universal store-sync fix for every platform.
- Confirm which edition you own and which storefront or platform you bought it from.
- Check the platform store or library for Revelations ownership and whether it is installed or available to download.
- If an eligible Premium Edition or Collectors Bundle purchase is not recognized, contact Bethesda Support or the relevant platform support team.
Bethesda’s announcement dated June 7, 2026 listed Revelations at USD $19.99 as a standalone add-on and USD $34.99 for the Premium Edition upgrade at the time of announcement. The DLC was announced for launch on July 7, 2026. These are dated announced prices, not a guarantee of current storefront pricing; check your store for the price and availability in your region.
You cannot progress through a campaign map
A blocked route may be easy to miss. Bethesda recommends searching the area thoroughly, including higher platforms and climbable walls that may require running and jumping to reach.

- If you still cannot progress, open the Pause menu and select Restart Map From Checkpoint.
- If restarting from the checkpoint does not help, select Restart Map From Beginning.
Restarting from the beginning may lose unsaved map progress. Bethesda does not specify exactly which state is retained, so do not assume the restart preserves it.
An achievement or trophy has not unlocked
First check the full requirements for that specific achievement or trophy; completing only part of its conditions may not be enough. Bethesda notes that network or connection problems can delay an unlock appearing in the platform’s list.

- Verify that every requirement for the achievement or trophy is complete.
- Sign out of the Xbox, Steam, or PlayStation account associated with the game.
- Reboot your PC or console, then sign back in and check the achievement or trophy list again.
- If the conditions are met but the unlock remains missing, repeat the required steps.
Bethesda Support cannot directly unlock achievements. For a persistent platform-list or synchronization problem, contact Microsoft, Steam, or PlayStation support, as applicable.
The campaign completion percentage looks wrong
Bethesda reported that an issue could cause weapons and upgrades to disappear and make prior chapters display as 25% complete. The company said an update on June 6, 2025 resolved that issue. This is context for older reports, not evidence that the same bug explains a current percentage mismatch.

- Make sure the game is updated.
- Record your platform, chapter, and the percentage displayed.
- If the mismatch persists, submit a support request to Bethesda with those details.
Identify the problem before contacting support
When reporting the issue, specify whether Revelations is missing from your library or game, a map route is blocked, an achievement or trophy is absent from a platform list, or the campaign percentage is inaccurate. Include your platform, edition, storefront, and the steps you have already tried. This helps distinguish an ownership issue from in-game progression or platform synchronization.
