If your LG cashback has not arrived, start with the terms for the exact promotion and use the claim portal or support channel named there. LG does not have one universal cashback tracker or payment deadline: a campaign rebate, MyLG Rewards points, store credit and an order-confirmation email each follow a different process.
First, identify what you are waiting for
“LG cashback” can mean several different things. Choosing the right route matters: an LG.com order lookup is not a promotion-claim tracker, and timings for MyLG points or store credit do not establish when a campaign rebate will arrive.

How to check an LG cashback claim
- Find the original offer. Open the offer email, campaign page or terms supplied when you bought the product. Note the region, eligible product model, retailer, purchase dates, claim deadline and official claim portal.
- Open the campaign claim route. Sign in or enter the claim details through the link specified in the offer. Do not use the LG.com order tracker as a substitute; it is for order status.
- Check the claim status and messages. Look for a claim reference, confirmation email or request for additional information. Search your inbox, spam and junk folders for LG and the promotion administrator’s name.
- Compare your submission with the terms. Check that the purchase date, model or SKU, retailer, name and contact details are accurate. Confirm that the receipt is legible and shows the details the offer requires; provide a serial number or payment details only if the official terms request them.
- Follow up through the offer’s stated contact. If the stated processing window has passed, or a status has not changed after you supplied requested information, contact the campaign support channel named in the terms or status email.
Check eligibility and deadlines before assuming the claim is lost
A claim can be delayed or rejected if the purchased model or retailer is excluded, the purchase falls outside the offer dates, the claim was submitted late, or required proof is missing. The offer terms—not a general LG rule—determine which of these conditions applies.

For example, LG USA’s NFL Shop TV reward offer lists eligible LG.com purchases from September 14 through October 4, 2026, and requires submission within 30 days of purchase through its linked promotions portal. Those dates and the deadline belong to that specific offer; they are not a general LG cashback policy.
For US appliance rebates, LG directs customers to its appliance rebates page to find available offers and learn how to claim. Potential energy rebates depend on location and product, so use the offer or ZIP-code lookup and confirm that both the model and retailer qualify.

Fix common submission problems
The claim is marked incomplete or you received a request for documents
Use the official link in the message, supply the missing information and meet the deadline stated there. In LG USA’s historical 2024 UltraGear OLED monitor offer, an incomplete-claim email gave recipients seven calendar days to provide missing material; that was a term of that campaign only. Its terms also warned that missing information could delay or stop processing. Follow the deadline in your own offer or message, not the historical example. You cannot find a confirmation or status message
Check spam and junk, then search for LG and the administrator named in the campaign. If you never received a claim reference, return to the official campaign portal and check whether it offers a submission-status or claim lookup option. Keep the submission confirmation if you have one.

You are looking in the wrong account or tracker
Use the MyLG account for MyLG points, the campaign portal for a promotion claim, and LG order support for an LG.com order email or status. An order confirmation does not establish whether a separate promotion claim was accepted.
The reward has not arrived, but the claim is still pending
Allow only the timing stated in the offer or the status notice. The reviewed LG sources do not establish a universal processing time for promotional cashback. LG says MyLG points typically become available 20–35 days after the return period, while its store-credit page describes a separate verification process; neither timing should be applied to a campaign payout.

Contact support with the details that can identify your claim
When the campaign’s stated processing window has elapsed, contact the exact support channel in its terms or status email. Include enough information for the team to locate the submission:
- Claim ID or submission confirmation
- Purchase receipt and LG.com order number, if applicable
- Product model and purchase date
- Retailer and claim-submission date
- A copy of the status message or request for information
Use only the official portal and contact details in the offer. Do not send full payment-card details or other sensitive information unless the official process explicitly requires it.

For eligible LG store credit, LG directs customers to customer support. If deemed eligible, the customer receives a Service Credit Form by SMS; LG says it sends email confirmation within 24–48 hours after the form is submitted and verified. This is store credit, not a campaign cashback schedule. For a missing LG.com order confirmation, check spam or junk and the MyLG account or order lookup, then contact LG Order Support if it is still missing.
