Start with Nike’s exact product listing
- Search Nike.com or the Nike App for the shoe’s exact model, colorway, and size. Check that the listing matches the pair you want; similar names can refer to different styles.
- If your size is unavailable, contact Nike Experts through Nike’s Help service. Give them the style, size, and color, and ask whether they can locate it at a nearby store. Nike says it will do its best to help, but that is not confirmation that a particular store has the pair: Why Can’t I Find the Nike Item I Want?
When will your size be available again?
Nike says it has no set schedule for restocking items and refills inventory as stock becomes available. That means there is no reliable date to wait for or basis for assuming a sold-out size will return. Check the product page occasionally, but treat any predicted restock date as unconfirmed. Use SNKRS for upcoming releases
If the shoe has not launched yet or is part of a limited release, check the SNKRS app. Nike says SNKRS displays upcoming launches and can send notifications. Turn on relevant notifications and prepare your account, size, payment, and delivery details ahead of time. Know whether it is a Reserve or a Pass

Check refurbished stock only as a possible lead
Nike’s FY23 Impact Report described refurbished footwear sold through stores, including some sold-out or limited items. This is historical program information, not evidence that a particular model, size, or store currently has stock. Consider resale only after checking the listing
If direct Nike options do not work, a resale marketplace may have a listing, but availability, price, and terms depend on the live offer and your location. Before buying, verify:
- The exact style, colorway, and size—not merely a similar shoe.
- Condition and any listing-specific details about the pair.
- The total cost, including shipping and any applicable fees.
- Estimated delivery and whether the seller or marketplace ships to your location.
- The current return, dispute, and buyer-protection terms that apply to your purchase.
