Start with charge, seating, and a fresh Bluetooth scan
- Seat both earbuds in the charging case. Check that each sits correctly in its charging position. If you are unsure whether the earbuds or case have charge, charge them before troubleshooting further. The exact E51 charging-indicator behavior is not confirmed, so don’t rely on an assumed light pattern.
- Keep your phone nearby and refresh Bluetooth. In your phone’s Bluetooth settings, switch Bluetooth off and back on, then start a new scan for nearby devices.
- Remove an old pairing if one is saved. If the earbuds appear in saved devices but won’t connect, select the entry—possibly labeled “AirDoze E51”—and choose Forget or Remove. Scan again and select the earbuds when they appear. The saved name can vary if it was edited or displayed differently by the phone.
Hoppup marketplace listings identify the E51 as a true wireless Bluetooth earbud set with a charging case; package details can vary by listing and seller.
Choose the next check based on what happens
The earbuds do not appear in the scan
Confirm both earbuds are seated in the case, give the set time to charge if needed, and repeat the Bluetooth refresh and scan with the phone close by. If possible, scan from a second phone. If the E51 appears there, the first phone’s saved pairing or Bluetooth settings may be involved; if it appears on neither, that still does not prove a specific hardware fault, but it is useful information to give support.
The earbuds appear, but pairing or connection fails
Forget the saved entry on the phone, refresh Bluetooth, and pair from a new scan. Avoid repeatedly selecting an old saved entry: removing it first ensures the phone is trying a fresh pairing rather than reusing its previous record.

Only one earbud seems to work
Place both earbuds back in the case and check that each is seated. Charge the set, then try pairing again. The available E51 documentation does not establish a separate synchronization or one-earbud reset procedure; don’t assume a touch-control sequence.
Why you should not copy another Hoppup model’s reset gesture
The reviewed Hoppup manual index and E51 marketplace listings do not establish an E51-specific factory-reset sequence. Hoppup’s AirDoze F50 manual describes automatic pairing when its earbuds are removed from the case and a five-second CTC press as an alternative for that model. Those are F50 instructions, not verified E51 instructions. Do not hold an assumed touch area for a guessed duration or treat the F50 gesture as an E51 reset.

When to contact Hoppup or the seller
If the earbuds still cannot be discovered or paired after these checks, consult the paper manual supplied with your E51 and ask Hoppup support for the model-specific pairing or reset procedure. Hoppup’s official site lists customer-care details; check there for current contact information. Have the model name and a description of what happens during scanning ready.
Before relying on warranty coverage, check the receipt and the terms attached to the exact seller and listing you purchased from. Marketplace warranty statements can differ; a term shown on another seller’s listing may not apply to your order.
