Choose the TCL NXTPAPER 14 if you want the larger 14.3-inch screen for reading, video, or other viewing at a distance. Choose the TCL NXTPAPER 11 Plus if you prefer a smaller 11.5-inch tablet and value its listed 120Hz refresh rate and newer NXTPAPER 4.0 display generation. TCL’s published specifications distinguish the models, but they do not establish which has better real-world performance, battery life, or value. Compare local prices, exact configurations, and compatible accessories before buying.

Choose based on screen size and how you will use it
Choose the NXTPAPER 14 for a larger viewing area
The 14.3-inch display gives the NXTPAPER 14 more screen area for reading, streaming, and other activities where a larger image or page is useful. TCL lists it at 760g. That published weight and larger screen are practical considerations if you plan to hold the tablet for long periods or carry it frequently; whether it feels cumbersome depends on your use and preferences.

Choose the NXTPAPER 11 Plus for a smaller format
The 11.5-inch NXTPAPER 11 Plus is the smaller-screen choice. Its official specifications also list a 120Hz refresh rate. That may matter if you prefer a higher-refresh display, but the specification alone does not establish how noticeable the difference will be in the apps or content you use.
How the displays differ—and what the labels do not tell you
TCL lists a 2.4K NXTPAPER 3.0 display for the 14 and a 2.2K, 120Hz NXTPAPER 4.0 display for the 11 Plus. These specifications describe different combinations of resolution, refresh rate, and display generation; they do not prove that one screen is universally better. The larger screen may suit viewing from farther away, while preferences for screen size, motion, and reading depend on the person and task.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Do not choose by processor or battery capacity alone
The NXTPAPER 14 uses a MediaTek Helio G99 and has a listed 10,000mAh battery; the 11 Plus uses a Helio G100 and has an 8,000mAh battery. Both product pages list 33W PD fast charging. These figures do not establish which tablet is faster or lasts longer in everyday use: no like-for-like benchmark or independent runtime result is established here. TCL specifically cautions that 11 Plus battery-life results are based on internal lab tests and vary with personal usage.
Check local price, configuration, and accessories before ordering
- Compare the exact local configurations. TCL warns that specifications can vary by country and model. Confirm the memory and storage offered by the retailer rather than assuming every listed configuration is available in your market.
- Verify the bundle. Optional accessory availability varies regionally. Do not assume a case or stylus is included or compatible based only on a generic product name; check the exact tablet model and regional bundle.
- Confirm current availability. TCL announced the NXTPAPER 11 Plus as available in the U.S. on August 12, 2025, but that historical announcement does not establish current stock. Check the retailer or TCL for present availability. TCL’s U.S. announcement
No market-specific current price comparison is established here, so the specifications alone cannot identify the better value.
