October 13, 2026, is a reported possibility for Apple’s next product launch, but Apple has not confirmed that date—or that it will hold an event. The rumors point mainly to new smart-home hardware, including a display-equipped hub, a refreshed HomePod mini and an updated Apple TV 4K.
When is Apple’s next event?
October 13, 2026, is the date reported for a possible Apple product launch. Macworld attributed the date to Bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman in an October 1 update; Apple had not announced or confirmed it. Macworld’s report and Apple’s Events page are useful places to check for updates.
As of the latest reporting cited here, Apple’s Events page did not list a confirmed October event. The date could change, and it should be treated as a rumor unless Apple confirms it.
Will Apple hold a keynote, or announce products another way?
The October 13 report does not establish that Apple will stage a keynote. A product launch could instead come through Apple’s website or press releases, without a livestreamed presentation. 9to5Mac also noted that the report did not specify whether there would be a formal event: 9to5Mac’s coverage.

A display-equipped smart-home hub

A refreshed HomePod mini and Apple TV 4K
Reports also mention an updated HomePod mini and Apple TV 4K. These are possibilities rather than confirmed products or launch commitments. The recurring smart-home lineup is summarized in MacRumors’ report.
