Secondary guidance points to onlyfans.com/contact, but that exact form URL is not confirmed by a current official source. Start from the live Help Center or OnlyFans site if it does not work.
What to include in a support request
Describe the issue clearly and include the account identifier relevant to it. For account recovery, the available recovery guidance specifically asks for your @username and the email address used to sign up. Do not send your password or authentication codes. As a general safety precaution, avoid sending payment details or other sensitive information through social media.

How to recover access if you lost your phone
Mirrored recovery guidance says that if SMS verification is enabled, you can use the backup codes generated when it was set up. If you did not save those codes and can no longer access the linked phone, email support@onlyfans.com with your @username and signup email. A 2024 cyber-abuse manual says anyone, whether or not they use OnlyFans, can complain through the contact form or support email. For a complaint about platform content, it recommends including the content URL along with the complainant’s name, address, and contact details. This is the manual’s checklist, not a verified current requirement for an official OnlyFans form.
