It adds New Game+, a new “00” difficulty, Photo Mode and TacSim content. IO Interactive also says the update includes more than 700 fixes and improvements; that figure is the developer’s claim, not an independently verified count.
What’s in the Extended Operations update?
IO Interactive released Extended Operations as free DLC with game client version 1.3.0. The update’s headline additions are campaign replay options, a harder difficulty, Photo Mode and new TacSim activities. The publisher also lists new weapons and outfits, weapon-handling animation refinements, and fixes spanning crashes, progression blockers, clipping, audio, localization and UI polish. IO Interactive’s October 1 announcement describes the DLC as a response to community requests.
New Game+ and “00” difficulty
New Game+ unlocks after you complete the full campaign. It lets you replay missions with unlocked outfits and more flexible gadget use, while gadget access remains tied to story progression. The Mission Wardrobe lets you change outfits and restart from a chosen checkpoint; Gadget on Demand lets you swap between gadgets already unlocked at that point in the story.
The update also makes “00” difficulty available after campaign completion. According to the Update 1.3.0 patch notes, enemies detect Bond faster and hit harder, while gadget resources restore only a fraction of their usage. Those are the game’s described rules, not a measured comparison of difficulty.

What does “700 fixes” mean?
IO Interactive says Update 1.3.0 brings “over 700 fixes and improvements to the game.” The publisher cites areas including crashes, progression blockers, clipping, audio, localization and interface polish, but does not provide an independently counted total or third-party performance measurements. Treat 700-plus as IO Interactive’s reported figure, rather than a verified count or a promise that every player will notice a specific improvement.
