What the reported Prime Day deal is
The offer concerns Microsoft’s standard Xbox Wireless Controller in Carbon Black, not a separately identified GTA 6 edition. TweakTown described the $49.99 offer against a $64.99 price as 24% off in its October 6, 2026 article. The page’s embedded price panel displayed $49.49 the following day, illustrating that the offer can change. The article also says GTA 6 is set to launch on November 19. That date is the deal report’s claim; it is not independently confirmed here by an official game-publisher source. Buying a controller now does not guarantee it will be the right choice for every version or platform of the game.

Microsoft advertises up to 40 hours of battery life, while noting that actual life varies with accessories and usage; its product information describes testing on preproduction units. Treat 40 hours as a manufacturer-stated maximum, not a guaranteed runtime for every setup.
