附近的 Windows 电脑：使用“附近共享”
附近共享适合把文件从一台 Windows 电脑快速交给附近的另一台电脑。两台设备都要开启该功能，接收方也需要接受或保存传输。Microsoft 当前说明中，Windows 11 发送端在接收端为 Windows 10 或 Windows 11 且连接同一私人 Wi-Fi 网络时，可通过 Wi-Fi 共享；其他情况下可能使用蓝牙。若接收端是 Windows 10，需为 1803 版或更高版本。查看 Microsoft 的版本和连接说明
- 在两台电脑上打开“设置” >“系统”>“附近共享”，选择允许哪些设备共享或接收。
- 在发送电脑的文件资源管理器中选中文件，选择“共享”，再选择接收电脑。
- 在接收电脑出现提示时，选择“保存”或“保存并打开”。

附近共享无法找到接收设备时
- 确认两台电脑均支持附近共享且已开启，并设置为对目标接收方可发现。
- 将设备移近，并确认蓝牙或适用的私人网络连接可用。
- 如果仍无法连接，检查网络设置和接收端版本；不要把关闭防火墙当作常规解决办法。
同一网络上的电脑：共享文件夹并映射网络驱动器

如何共享文件夹
- 在文件资源管理器中右键单击要共享的文件或文件夹；如有需要，先选择“显示更多选项”。
- 选择“授予访问权限”>“特定人员”。
- 选择需要访问的网络用户，并按提示完成共享。

如何映射网络驱动器以便再次访问

网络共享无法连接时
- 确认两台电脑连接同一网络，源电脑已开机。
- 确认 Windows 网络发现已开启；否则设备可能不会出现在文件资源管理器的“网络”视图中。
- 确认当前帐户有权访问共享文件夹；设备未开机或权限不足也会导致连接失败。
电脑不在同一地点：用 OneDrive 同步文件

OneDrive 是同步服务：在 OneDrive 文件夹中所做的编辑和删除会同步到云端及其他设备。因此，若需要保留未变更的独立副本，应另行保存，而不要把同步本身当作备份。断开网络前，先确认同步已完成，并检查文件是仅联机可用还是已下载到本机。
