Reasons Your Phone’s Flashlight is Inactive

Think of it as your phone getting a little confused about what it’s supposed to be doing, which can temporarily disable the flashlight.
2. Overheating
When a phone heats up too much, it can cause various features to shut down to prevent damage. This is often common in iPhones.

Thus, the phone’s system prioritizes more essential functions over the flashlight when battery levels drop to critical points. Besides, if your battery is old or malfunctioning, it might cause the system to disable the flashlight as a precautionary measure.

Another possible reason your flashlight is not working is hardware problems. The flashlight on your phone is usually integrated with the camera’s flash module.

5. Inspect for Hardware Damage
