Runtime depends on the workload and test setup. Web browsing, video playback, and gaming place different demands on a phone; a result from one kind of test should not be presented as though it predicts all-day use or performance in another test. A fair direct comparison requires the same network, brightness, refresh-rate settings, workload, and stopping condition, with those conditions disclosed.

Battery capacity and manufacturer claims are not test results
Samsung lists a 4,400 mAh battery for the Galaxy Z Fold7 in its specification sheet. Google’s Pixel 10 Pro Fold specifications state 24+ hours of battery life. The Google figure is a manufacturer claim, not the independent 5G web-surfing result above. Capacity and claimed endurance do not replace a test under a defined workload: a larger mAh number by itself does not prove longer runtime.
Samsung cautions that actual Galaxy Z Fold7 battery life varies with factors including network environment, features and apps, call and message frequency, and charge history. Its Galaxy Z Fold7 comparison page gives that qualification. Your own mix of signal conditions, settings, and use can therefore produce a different result from a review test.
