Gyre is the clearest match in the available provider information for running prerecorded video continuously on YouTube: it describes 24/7 streaming and playlist looping, and advertises storage tiers starting at 20 GB. But Gyre’s public information does not establish that 20 GB is the maximum size for one video file. Before subscribing, confirm the individual-file upload limit for the plan you intend to use.
That distinction matters: a service may offer more than 10 GB of total storage while still restricting each upload to a smaller file. Confirm the limit before subscribing
Send the provider the file’s exact size and ask these questions about the specific plan you are considering:
- What is the maximum size of one uploaded video file? Is that limit measured in GB or GiB?
- Is the advertised storage total account storage, storage per channel, storage per slot, or a per-file cap?
- Can the service keep a playlist or video running unattended around the clock, or does it only schedule individual events?
- What happens if YouTube interrupts the stream, and does playback resume automatically?
- Does the plan support your source video’s resolution, frame rate, and format without requiring a conversion?
- Are there duration limits, upload limits, or other plan restrictions in addition to the storage figure?
Do not rely on a storage tier alone as proof that a file will upload. A 20 GB library allowance, for example, could be aggregate storage rather than permission to upload one file of that size.

Keep YouTube’s archive limit separate from the service’s runtime
Restream’s YouTube guidance says YouTube streams have no fixed duration limit, but YouTube archives streams under 12 hours. That archive cutoff is not the same as a limit on how long a provider can continue broadcasting: the service’s ability to keep a stream live and YouTube’s handling of its archived copy are separate issues.
