- Repair warranty: Samsung states that cracked-screen repair includes a 90-day repair warranty. Check the warranty’s scope and terms when arranging service.

When should a damaged screen be repaired?
A visible crack is not the only sign of display damage. Samsung advises that black spots, ink-like marks, lines, or unusual colors after an impact can indicate damage to the internal display panel, even if the outer glass appears intact.
