Enterprise and IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021
For the LTSC editions, Microsoft lists several additional changes in its KB5055518 support article:
- A daylight-saving-time change for the Aysen region of Chile in 2025.
- Creation of an
inetpubfolder on the system drive as part of a security protection. - A Windows Hello facial-recognition improvement requiring color cameras to see a visible face.
These LTSC-specific items should not be treated as a list of extra changes for every Windows 10 version 22H2 device.

Is KB5055518 still available?
No. Microsoft marks KB5055518 as expired and states that, as of March 31, 2026, it is no longer available through the Microsoft Update Catalog or other release channels. The support article recommends updating devices to the latest Windows version. An old standalone package is therefore not a current Microsoft-provided installation option.
How the known-issue notes should be read
The support article includes a Citrix Session Recording Agent issue concerning failure to complete a January 2025 security update. Microsoft describes it as observed for that January update, not as a new failure introduced by KB5055518. The noted resolution was Citrix SRA 2503, released April 28, 2025, or a newer version.

The article also notes that a Windows Hello issue entry was later removed after Microsoft determined it did not apply to Windows 10 version 22H2 or the listed LTSC editions. That removed issue is distinct from the LTSC facial-recognition improvement described above.
