It is a line—not one character or a single fixed-size product—so the character, edition, height and release timing depend on the specific figure.
What makes a figure part of the Grandista line?
Banpresto describes Grandista as a prize figure series focused on size and sculptural detail. Its official Japanese description says, “圧倒的なサイズと造型密度を極限まで高めたプライズフィギュアシリーズ。” This translates as: “A prize figure series that pushes size and sculptural density to the utmost.” That is the brand’s description of the line, not an independent comparison or test of figure quality. Banpresto’s official Grandista series page and Bandai Namco’s corporate material also position the line around striking, delicate sculpting.
Grandista figures depict licensed characters from different anime, manga and game properties. The lineup changes over time; the official catalog showed examples from ONE PIECE, NARUTO, HUNTER×HUNTER, Demon Slayer, Kingdom and Street Fighter when checked on October 7, 2026. That catalog is a snapshot, not a permanent or complete list.
How large are Grandista figures?
Banpresto Spain’s collector guide gives an approximate range of 25–28 cm for the line. Treat that as a general guide rather than a specification for every release: individual figures can differ. For example, the official Spanish listing for the Yujiro Hanma Grandista x FL figure states a height of 24 cm and identifies pre-painted PVC and ABS as its materials. Those measurements and materials apply to that product only. See Banpresto Spain’s Grandista guide and the Yujiro Hanma product listing for those details.

What releases and characters are included?
The official series page is a changing catalog, so check it for the current lineup rather than relying on an old list. On October 7, 2026, it displayed October releases such as Sadako, Jagi and Houken, and November releases including Chrollo, Gaara, Akaza II and Chūn Li (Outfit 2), among others. A listing or announced month does not by itself confirm that a figure is available from a seller in your country.
Release announcements can be more specific but still refer to plans for a particular market. In an announcement published March 5, 2026, BANDAI SPIRITS said four ONE PIECE Grandista figures were planned as Japanese amusement prizes: Monkey D. Luffy Gear 5 III and Marshall D. Teach in August 2026, followed by Shanks II and Buggy in September 2026. The announcement describes planned Japanese release months and crane-game distribution; it does not guarantee release, stock or timing in other countries. Read the ONE PIECE announcement.

How to compare or choose a Grandista figure
Before buying or comparing two figures, check the individual product listing for the details that can vary:
- Character and franchise: Confirm the exact licensed character.
- Edition or version: Names such as “II,” “Gear 5 III” or “Special Edition” can identify different releases. Verify the specific version rather than assuming similarly named figures are identical.
- Height and display space: Use the listed measurement for the figure you want, and check its product images for the pose and footprint relevant to your display.
- Release market and timing: Separate an announced release month from confirmed local availability. Check the official line page and regional product listings for current information.
- Seller and condition: Review who is selling the item, its packaging and its stated condition. The official product information does not establish marketplace stock, price or seller quality.
For a focused search, combine “Banpresto Grandista figure” with the character and edition—for example, “ONE PIECE Grandista Monkey D. Luffy Gear 5 III.” Then compare the seller’s listing with the official product information where available.
