Block strength and jump height are the key stats to compare for a blocker. Mikage is the first choice in one community position guide, which says its “Ghost Arms” ability increases block radius. That ranking and ability description belong to the guide; they are not confirmed by official balance documentation.
Spiking: look for spike power, jump, and attack abilities
For a spiker, compare spike power and jump height alongside attack-oriented abilities. A community position guide puts Timeskip Hinto first and calls it limited-time, so verify that it is currently obtainable or selectable rather than relying on an older list.
