Display: both are 120Hz, but resolution is not equally documented
vivo specifies a 6.74-inch LCD with a 1600 × 720 resolution, a refresh rate up to 120Hz, and 1200-nit HBM. OnePlus identifies the N6x display as 6.8 inches and 120Hz, but the reviewed product-page information does not state its resolution. The N6x is slightly larger by the stated diagonal, but without an established resolution here, the available figures do not settle which screen is sharper.
Battery and charging: capacity is not a runtime comparison
vivo lists a 6,500mAh battery and 44W charging. OnePlus lists a 7,000mAh equivalent battery and says it can last up to 2.5 days based on its laboratory test. That endurance estimate is a manufacturer test claim, not an independently verified result or a head-to-head comparison. OnePlus also cautions that actual battery life varies with network conditions, apps, calling and messaging, charging history, usage habits, device age, and settings.

The larger stated equivalent capacity on the N6x is a useful specification distinction, but it does not by itself prove longer everyday runtime. Charging speed is not stated in the reviewed OnePlus information, so the listed 44W figure for vivo cannot be compared with a confirmed N6x charging rate here.
Chipset: two MediaTek platforms, no equivalent test result
The T5 Lite uses MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G, while the N6x uses MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Apex. These names identify different chipsets, but the supplied official specifications do not establish a directly comparable performance result. Cameras: higher listed megapixels do not prove better photos
vivo lists a 50MP main rear camera alongside a 0.08MP rear camera, while OnePlus lists a 13MP main rear camera. Both list a 5MP front camera. Those headline resolutions describe hardware, not the resulting image quality. vivo lists IP65 and warns that resistance to water jets and dust is not permanent: everyday use, SIM insertion or removal, drops, and impacts can reduce it. vivo also says liquid-ingress damage is not covered by warranty. OnePlus lists IP64 and MIL-STD-810H claims, while noting that relevant results use controlled simulations and actual performance can vary. Neither rating means a phone is waterproof or damage-proof.
