Use Selenium’s JavascriptExecutor to scroll the page, then capture the current browser view with TakesScreenshot. This produces a screenshot after the scroll; it does not guarantee a single stitched image of the entire document. For pages that load content as you scroll, use incremental scrolling and wait for the content to settle before capturing.
Capture a screenshot after scrolling to the bottom
The example below opens a page, scrolls the current document to its present bottom, saves the screenshot to page-bottom.png, and closes the browser even if an error occurs.

window.scrollTo moves the current document to its current bottom. getScreenshotAs(OutputType.FILE) obtains a screenshot through Selenium’s TakesScreenshot interface, and Files.copy writes it to the named path, replacing an existing file. The screenshot represents what the browser driver captures at that point; it is not necessarily a full-page stitched image.
Prerequisites and running it
Use a Java project with Selenium’s Java bindings and a compatible browser and driver available to Selenium. The code uses ChromeDriver; substitute the driver for your chosen browser if appropriate. Ensure the destination directory is writable. Run the class through your project’s normal Java build or IDE. If the browser session cannot start, check that the installed browser and driver are compatible and that Selenium can locate the driver.

Wait for scroll-triggered and lazy-loaded content
A single jump may not load content that the page requests only when the browser approaches the bottom. Scroll in increments, allow the page to respond, and repeat until the document height stops increasing or a practical iteration limit is reached. The bounded loop below is an illustration; its fixed delay is not a guarantee that content has finished loading.

If the page exposes a reliable condition—such as a loading indicator disappearing or a known element appearing—wait for that condition instead of relying on a fixed sleep. Some pages continue appending content indefinitely; keep a timeout or iteration bound so the test cannot run forever.

Choose the screenshot scope you actually need

Scrolling first changes which portion of a long page is visible; it does not itself instruct Selenium to stitch all page sections together. If full-document coverage is a requirement, test the output on the exact browser and driver combination used in your environment.
Handle pages inside an iframe
JavascriptExecutor runs in the currently selected frame or window. If the target content is inside an iframe, switch to it before scrolling, and switch back to the default content if later steps need the top-level page:

Troubleshooting
The screenshot is not showing the bottom content
Confirm the scroll ran in the intended window or frame. On dynamic pages, use incremental scrolling and wait for the content to load before taking the screenshot. If the saved image is only a viewport, that is the capture behavior of the browser and driver in use; scrolling does not guarantee full-page stitching.

The screenshot is taken before new content appears
A fixed delay may be too short or unnecessary on a particular page. Prefer a wait for a meaningful condition, such as the expected content appearing or a loading element disappearing. Keep an overall timeout for pages that never reach the condition.
The output file is missing or old
Check the working directory and the relative path page-bottom.png. The example overwrites an existing file; use an absolute path if the process’s working directory is uncertain, and confirm that the destination directory is writable.
The browser does not start
Verify that the browser is installed and that Selenium can find a compatible driver. Check the exception message for driver discovery or compatibility details, and resolve those before investigating screenshot code.
The page is in a frame but does not scroll
Switch into the correct iframe before executing JavaScript. Selenium’s JavaScript executor acts on the currently selected browsing context, not automatically on every frame.
