How is multiplayer reported to work?
According to Tech News Vision, a player creates a shared world and posts its unique link on X. Other people who open the link are said to join the same real-time session. So, “playable inside Twitter” is an imprecise description: X is reported to distribute the link, while the game itself is described as browser-based. The reports do not establish that the game runs within X’s own interface.
Were crypto sponsorships actually sold?
The reports describe sponsorship placements offered for cryptocurrency, not a verified completed sale. Tech News Vision says the project’s blurb listed advertising at the top of a server list, a sponsor leaderboard for worlds, and branding on a “Block Dragon.” It does not establish that a sponsor bought any of those placements or give transaction terms.

ENMNEWS likewise reports crypto-paid sponsorship slots. Its report also says the creator’s post drew “millions” of views, but the retrieved account does not establish the metric or how it was counted; that figure should not be treated as independently verified.

Mojang Studios’ July 20, 2022 article, “Minecraft and NFTs”, says blockchain technologies are not permitted inside Minecraft client and server applications, and Minecraft content may not be used with blockchain technology to create scarce digital assets.
