Textedly is an SMS marketing and customer-engagement subscription with 14 listed monthly plans, priced from $29 for 500 messages to $5,520 for 300,000 messages. Annual billing keeps the listed monthly price but adds 20% to the monthly message allowance, according to Textedly’s pricing page. One important catch: that page says all tiers include every feature, while a Textedly Help Center article says Text-to-Pay and Text Reviews require Plus or higher. Confirm the feature bundle and keyword limits for your account before subscribing.
What Textedly does
Textedly describes itself as an AI-powered SMS marketing and customer-engagement platform. Its stated capabilities include bulk SMS and MMS, two-way messaging, drip campaigns, keyword opt-ins, an omnichannel inbox, AI voice and messaging agents, SMS payments, Google review requests, and integrations. The company lists native connections such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Shopify, Mailchimp, Pipedrive, Intercom, Facebook Lead Ads, and Google Sheets, plus more than 3,000 app connections through Zapier. These are vendor descriptions; they do not establish how deeply each integration supports a particular workflow. See Textedly’s product overview.
Textedly pricing in 2026
The following are the monthly prices and message allowances displayed on Textedly’s public pricing page, accessed October 4, 2026. Annual billing is shown at the same listed monthly price with 20% more messages per month, as stated by Textedly; it should not be read as a 20% discount on the sticker price.

These are vendor-listed terms, not a third-party price survey. Textedly’s July 2025 notice described a price change taking effect July 9, 2025, but listed only 13 tiers, ending at Champion; the current pricing page also includes Legend. That older notice should not be used as a complete current price list. Its historical add-on prices—$10 for extra keywords and $30 for 500 extra message credits—are not confirmed as current. What the plans include—and a feature-access conflict
Textedly’s pricing page says, “All plans include every feature,” and describes the tiers as differing by message volume. It lists mass SMS, AI features, an omnichannel inbox, AI voice agents, toll-free and 10DLC numbers, Google Business Reviews, SMS Text-to-Pay, short codes, and 3,000-plus integrations. The same page says the suite includes MMS, unlimited contacts, premium support, and custom keywords. These are Textedly’s own claims, not independent confirmation of each feature’s availability or limits.
There is a material inconsistency: a Help Center article says plans differ by both message and keyword counts and that Text-to-Pay and Text Reviews require Plus or higher. Because that conflicts with the current pricing page’s all-features statement, ask Textedly to confirm in writing which features and keyword limits apply to the specific tier you plan to buy. The Help Center article also says a plan change takes effect immediately and unused monthly message credits do not roll over. Check the current terms in the Help Center notice before changing tiers.

The same dated notice records product additions over earlier years, including recurring messages, birthday texts, an AI composer, contact management, Text-to-Pay, Google Review Management, telecom-registration management, improved keyword campaigns, and a higher messaging-size limit. This is product history from Textedly, not an independent assessment of feature quality.
Free account, billing, and possible extra costs
Textedly advertises a free account with 50 messages and one custom keyword, with no credit card required. The pricing page also says incoming messages are free, offers monthly and annual billing, and says there are no long-term contracts. Treat the free allowance as an introductory account offer, not as a paid plan with an ongoing monthly allotment. Confirm current terms on the pricing page.

Textedly says it covers the carrier registration cost for a customer’s first 10DLC number. Standard carrier fees apply to additional numbers and vary with message volume, so the first-number statement does not mean all telecom costs are included. The pricing FAQ says there is no toll-free registration fee; check checkout details for any current carrier or telecom surcharges.
Cancellation and downgrade timing comes from the Help Center, and may not be synchronized with the newer pricing page: it says monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; annual plans can be cancelled within 14 days before renewal; monthly subscribers may downgrade at any time; and annual subscribers may downgrade within 30 days of renewal. Confirm the applicable policy directly with Textedly before purchase or renewal.

How to decide whether Textedly fits
Start with the way your team will use SMS, then compare the full cost and operating requirements—not just the advertised monthly message count. Textedly’s own comparison page positions Twilio for developer-built CPaaS, EZ Texting for turnkey SMS marketing, SimpleTexting for campaign management, and Podium for reputation management with a broader CRM. Those are vendor-authored comparisons, useful as a shortlist rather than an objective ranking. Evaluate candidates on:
- Expected outbound volume and total bill: Choose a realistic monthly message estimate and include carrier fees and any other charges shown at checkout.
- Feature access and keywords: Get confirmation of the exact tier’s tools and keyword limits, especially if you need Text-to-Pay or review features.
- Opt-in and number registration: Check how the service supports your consent, compliance, and number-registration workflows.
- Integrations and automation: Verify that the specific data and actions your team needs are supported; a large integration count alone does not establish workflow depth.
- Turnkey tools versus an API: A campaign interface may suit teams seeking a managed marketing tool, while a developer-oriented CPaaS may better fit custom messaging systems.
Textedly displays a “98% Open Rate” claim on its pricing page, but the page does not establish an independent publisher, methodology, or study year. Treat it as vendor marketing, not a general performance benchmark. The sources cited here also do not independently validate the company’s comparison claims or integration depth.
