Standard Edition is the base game; Complete Edition adds the listed Digital Deluxe cosmetics, Twin Expansion Pack, and several named bonus items. But “Complete” does not mean every separately listed add-on is included. The best choice depends on your platform, what you already own, which extras you want, and the price in your region.
What each edition includes
The US PlayStation Store lists the Standard Edition as the full Stellar Blade game for PS5. Its Complete Edition listing includes the game, Digital Deluxe Edition content, the Twin Expansion Pack, an Outfit CD-KEY, Planet Diving Suit (Captain), and Fluffy Bear Pack for the Drone. The same listing itemizes these Digital Deluxe cosmetics:
- Stargazer Suit for EVE
- Half-rim Glasses and Quadruple Rectangle Earrings for EVE
- Stargazer Coat for Lily
- Stargazer Wear for Adam
- Stargazer Pack for the Drone
Check the US PlayStation Store listing for its current itemization and offer. The listing shows other add-ons separately, so do not assume they are part of Complete Edition.
Which add-ons are listed separately?
The US PlayStation Store separately presents Stellar Blade x GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE, Stellar Blade x NieR:Automata, Stellar Blade Deluxe Pack, and Tachyon Pack. A separate listing is not proof that an item is excluded from every possible regional or platform bundle, but the US Complete Edition contents above do not identify these items as included. Verify the bundle’s itemization on the store where you intend to buy.

PS5 and PC: check the storefront before buying
The edition contents detailed here come from the US PlayStation Store’s PS5 listings. PlayStation also presents the game for PC, and its blog announced a PC release for June 11, 2025, with PC-specific features. That does not establish that PC storefronts offer the same edition contents, CD-key terms, or upgrade options as PS5.
- PlayStation’s Stellar Blade page presents PS5 and PC availability.
- PlayStation Blog’s May 15, 2025 PC announcement gives the PC release date and features.
The Outfit CD-KEY appears in the US Complete Edition contents, but the listing information available here does not establish its redemption restrictions or whether it works for every territory or account. Check the terms for your region rather than assuming universal redemption.

How to decide which edition to buy
Choose Standard Edition if you want the main game
If you primarily want to play Stellar Blade, Standard Edition is listed as the full PS5 game. Compare its current regional price with the Complete Edition price; the added cosmetics and expansion are worthwhile only if you want them at the difference you would pay.
Consider Complete Edition if you want its listed extras
Complete Edition is the more relevant option if you want the listed Digital Deluxe cosmetics and Twin Expansion Pack, along with the named bonus items. Compare its live price with the cost of the base game plus only the content you actually plan to use.

If you already own the game, price the missing content first
Before buying a second full copy, check the price and availability of the add-ons you lack on your platform. A universal upgrade option or upgrade price is not established here, so do not assume one is available.
