Which chipset is faster?
In the 91mobiles results shown, the Dimensity 7300 Ultra scores higher in both Geekbench 5 categories: 1,032 versus 732 in single-core and 2,926 versus 2,486 in multi-core. Its listed AnTuTu score is also higher, but the Snapdragon number is inconsistent within the same comparison page, so that result is not a clean one-to-one comparison.
These are publisher-displayed scores, not a guarantee of performance in every handset. Results can vary with the phone used, its software, thermal behavior, workload and benchmark version. Treat the Geekbench gap as an indication from that comparison, not as a precise prediction of how two phones will feel in daily use.

What the AnTuTu discrepancy means
91mobiles gives the Snapdragon 778G Plus an AnTuTu score of 596,815 in its summary and 541,618 in its detailed benchmark section. It lists 646,751 for the Dimensity 7300 Ultra in both places. Because the page reports two Snapdragon figures, neither should be presented as a single definitive score for the chipset.
How the published specifications differ
CPU
Qualcomm identifies the Snapdragon 778G+ CPU as Kryo 670, with a maximum clock speed of 2.5 GHz. MediaTek’s standard Dimensity 7300 specification names four Cortex-A78 cores up to 2.5 GHz alongside four Cortex-A55 cores. That specific core arrangement is documented for the standard 7300, not independently confirmed here for the 7300 Ultra.
Graphics and process
Qualcomm lists an Adreno 642L GPU and a 6 nm process for the 778G+. MediaTek lists Mali-G615 MC2 graphics and a 4 nm-class process for the standard Dimensity 7300. Why the “Ultra” specification needs care
The official MediaTek page in this comparison is for Dimensity 7300, not a separately documented Dimensity 7300 Ultra. It therefore supports describing the standard 7300’s published specifications, but does not establish that every listed detail carries over unchanged to the Ultra-branded variant. The 91mobiles comparison names the Ultra model and supplies benchmark results, but that does not resolve the gap in official variant-specific specifications.
What to check when choosing a phone
A processor comparison can narrow the field, but it cannot determine which complete phone is the better buy.
