To open the human organ transplant box in Zoe’s kitchen, restore power to her house, collect the Organ Transplant Card from the bathroom, and use the email on Zoe’s computer to identify the right ET code. The reported lock combination is 956 for the first lock and 133 for the second.

Find the clues and restore power

  1. Inspect the electricity meter. In Zoe’s house, check the cupboard beneath the stairs and read the meter’s instructions.
  2. Get the Prepaid Power Card. Search the cash register at the newsagent.
  3. Switch on the house’s electricity. Return to the meter and use the card, following the on-screen prompts. In VGC’s guide, the sequence is to select the card, advance to “Card Credit,” press B, and then use the red switch; prompts may differ by platform or build. VGC’s walkthrough gives the button sequence.
  4. Pick up the Organ Transplant Card. It is on the bathroom floor.
  5. Read Zoe’s computer email. With the power on, use her computer and read the email explaining how to select an ET code and which digits to take. AltChar says to match the hospital ID in the email with the IDs on the card, then use the corresponding ET code. See AltChar’s guide for that matching step.

Enter the human organ box combination

Apply the email’s extraction rule to the matching ET code: take its first three digits for the first lock and its last three for the second. The guides report the relevant ET code as 956234692133, giving these settings:

  • First lock: 956
  • Second lock: 133

The same combination is reported by VGC and this combination walkthrough.

If the combination does not work

Check that you matched the email’s hospital ID to the correct entry on the Organ Transplant Card before taking the first and last three digits. The reported combination comes from third-party walkthroughs, not an official Konami solution; if the in-game clues differ in your build, follow the clues shown in the game. A part-one walkthrough is another reference for the surrounding sequence.
