Samsung’s Galaxy S25 India specifications and OnePlus’s OnePlus 13s India product page are the primary references for their respective models. Cross-brand details identified as comparison listings come from Gadgets 360’s comparison. Regional configurations can differ, so check the exact India SKU when buying.
How different are the size and screens?
Samsung lists the S25 at 146.9 × 70.5 × 7.2 mm and 162 g. OnePlus lists the 13s at 185 g and advertises a 6.32-inch display. That makes the S25 the lighter choice in the supplied specifications, while the OnePlus screen is slightly larger. The available OnePlus product-page details cited here do not establish its dimensions.

The listed resolutions also favor the OnePlus on pixel count: 1216 × 2640 versus the S25’s 2340 × 1080. Both are listed at 120 Hz. Those figures do not settle brightness, color, outdoor legibility or perceived display quality; those require comparable testing.
Battery and charging: a specification advantage, not a runtime result
OnePlus lists a 5,850 mAh battery and 80 W SUPERVOOC charging. Samsung lists a 4,000 mAh typical battery for the S25 and wireless charging; a comparison listing specifies 15 W wireless charging. These are capacity and charging specifications, not a direct endurance or charging-time test. Samsung’s page also quotes up to 29 hours of video playback under its own specified conditions, which should not be compared as equivalent to OnePlus claims or independent testing.

OnePlus markets the 13s with the phrase “Best-Ever Battery Life on a Compact Phone.” That is OnePlus’s product-page claim, not a neutral test result. Check the regional box contents and charger compatibility before assuming a suitable power adapter is included.
Camera differences: coverage versus resolution
The S25 has three rear cameras: a 50 MP main, 10 MP telephoto with 3× optical zoom, and 12 MP ultrawide. The 13s is listed with a 50 MP main and a 50 MP telephoto, with no third rear camera in the cited comparison dataset. Samsung therefore offers a specified ultrawide perspective, while both listings include a telephoto camera.

The comparison listing gives the OnePlus a 32 MP front camera and the Samsung a 12 MP front camera. Megapixel counts and camera count alone do not establish photo quality, detail, low-light performance, video stabilization or selfie results. If those outcomes matter most, compare controlled reviews using the same scenes and conditions.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Software support and durability
Samsung lists the Galaxy S25 security-update period as valid through 31 January 2032. That is a useful, dated support endpoint for a long-term purchase. The OnePlus product page reviewed here did not provide a comparable support-duration statement, so the available figures do not support a like-for-like update-lifetime comparison; check OnePlus’s current official support policy before deciding on that basis.
