The Galaxy S25 FE and Galaxy S26+ are both 6.7-inch Samsung phones with a listed 4,900mAh battery, but they differ in display resolution and price. Samsung specifies an FHD+ screen for the S25 FE and QHD+ for the S26+. The available US price references are $649.99 for the S25 FE with 128GB and $1,099.99 for the S26+ with 256GB; they are not a like-for-like comparison.

Samsung’s official S25 FE launch information supplies its display, processor, refresh rate and battery specifications; its UK product page lists the rear cameras. Samsung’s S26 announcement and first-quarter 2026 corporate report supply the S26+ display and battery details. Regional availability and configurations can vary. Display: same size, sharper resolution on the S26+
Both phones are listed with 6.7-inch displays, so choosing the S26+ does not mean moving to a larger screen. The difference established here is resolution: Samsung specifies FHD+ for the S25 FE and QHD+ at 3120 × 1440 pixels for the S26+. The S25 FE is also specified at 120Hz; the cited S26+ material does not establish its refresh rate, so this comparison cannot support a refresh-rate advantage claim.
Battery: identical stated capacity, not proven runtime
Samsung lists a 4,900mAh battery for each model. That rated capacity does not show that they last equally long: capacity alone is not a battery-life test, and comparable independent runtime results are not established here. Screen, processor, software and usage can affect real-world endurance.

Processor and cameras: evidence is incomplete for a direct winner
Processor
Samsung’s S25 FE material names the Exynos 2400. A Samsung corporate report gives S26-series platform information as Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen5/Exynos 2600, but it does not establish which S26+ chip applies in every sales market. Check the specification for the exact regional model before using processor differences to decide.
Rear cameras
The documented S25 FE rear setup is a 50MP main camera, 12MP ultra-wide and 8MP telephoto. The cited S26+ announcement does not provide a complete camera-by-camera comparison, so these figures alone do not establish which phone takes better photos or video.
US price difference: $450 across different storage and pricing bases
Samsung’s US March 2026 MSRP sheet lists the Galaxy S25 FE with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage at $649.99. Samsung’s US purchase page listed the unlocked Galaxy S26+ with 256GB at $1,099.99 when reviewed. Subtracting the references gives $450, but that is not a same-storage or same-pricing-basis comparison: it pairs an S25 FE MSRP with a live S26+ listing. It is not a guaranteed current checkout price or a reliable measure of the S26+’s like-for-like premium. Samsung US price references
The same US S26+ page listed 512GB at $1,299.99. Retail promotions, trade-ins, taxes and local prices may change what you pay; check current listings for the same storage size in your market before comparing totals.

What comes in the box?
Samsung’s US S26+ listing says a charger is not included. The available S25 FE source does not establish whether its box includes one, so do not assume the two packages match. Check the listing for your region and confirm USB-C charging-standard and accessory compatibility before buying a separate charger. Samsung US S26+ listing information

Which phone should you choose?
- Consider the S25 FE if its lower cited US price reference and documented camera configuration fit your needs, and FHD+ resolution is sufficient for you.
- Consider the S26+ if you want the higher stated display resolution and are comfortable evaluating its higher listed US price against your budget and storage needs.
- Compare before deciding if processor, camera quality or battery runtime is decisive: the cited specifications do not establish a universal regional S26+ chipset, a complete S26+ camera comparison, matched current street prices or equivalent battery testing.
